There isn’t much choice but to hold press the arrow up button so that it reset from 1900 up to 2022. The year runs from 1900 to 2100 and then it cycles back. Press set once it is 2022.
Hi there, I have tried to mute the click sounds but I don’t think there is a way to mute it. Maybe cover the grill to prevent the sound from coming out from the clock.
After I put the new batteries in and the klockis is beeping and displaying full screen mode (all digits and symbols shown), press both set and arrow buttons do not change anything. Take the batteries in and out the same.....any ideas?

The alarm sound is loud and annoying that I will normally deactivate it by turning it around. I suspect it will continue to sound draining the battery.
This feature is not made available. The timer restarts when tilted by a quarter angle and only two buttons for setting purpose. I will use my smart phone’s timer feature for pausing and laps up to 1/100 seconds accuracy.

Just like how I show in 2:24 minute by tilting the clock 90degree from temperature to timer to alarm. Make sure the alarm clock icon printed on the clock surface faced upward. Then, press the set button from behind once. Press the arrow button to change the number from 1 to 12 and repeat back to 1. This time a pm sign will show. There is no am sign since it already have indicated the pm. Press the set to activate the alarm.

People nowadays dont bother to use this kind of digital clock gadget anymore , they preferred use everything on their smartphones😨. Its very exciting life we have had before the smartphones existed.😫

I think it is possible unless you have soldering and solder removing tool. The SMD LED can be removed and replace but that’s lots of work to do.

It is new battery that you are using? I suspect the current is not suitable. Otherwise bring it back to Ikea for exchange.

I use rechargeable battery. Hope to prevent chemical leakage from old batteries.

Some new battery brand has relatively higher current. I can’t remember when was the last time I recharge the battery.

The best will be to hold and press the up button for the number to run faster. There is no other way about it.

Just bought one and it looks off white colour is yours not fully white too? Also theres something rattling inside it like somethings loose.
Maybe deep white but I can accept it. The rattling sound is normal because of the tilting sensor.

Have you rotate the clock face to timer? Pressing the SET button with the timer face.
Check down there. When you set it, it says PM so you have to press the arrow until it doesn’t say it. Now it’s going to work!

Try reset the system or remove the battery and place it back in after few minutes before setting the time. I never face that issue before.
