I'm still really baffled by the things Gabbie said about Rachel after the reviews. "Bitch", "loser", "abusive", "monster". That was such an overreaction from her. I get being hurt over several bad reviews, but she really established her mean girl persona with those words. And she still uses the word "loser" to refer to Rachel. Funny how you only notice she is doing it but you don’t call out how the woman she’s speaking to says like just as much as she does. Just goes to show that you just want to hate her so bad 😂
Recently watched a couple of her videos of her coming back and was optimistic she'd changed and had found peace, but she says a lot about nothing and then the bit about Rachel and the book drama made me realise she has not changed. Like at all.
this was a disappointing watch. gabbie did actually provide a lot of very insightful commentary on social media and what its like to be an influencer. however, she mixed that in with an unprofessional attitude, bitterness, and some random ramblings. i think that a lot of the good and interesting parts of this discussion got overshadowed by how poorly she presented herself here, and her obvious unresolved resentment. i think oxford and the interviewer did amazing here, and gabbie.... you still have some self awareness work to do.
She said she didn't do vlogging....but later said how she would have a strict schedule and "would just talk about how she's feeling" for a vlog....this is...a dumpster fire. I hope she doesn't read these comments cause I don't think it would be good for her but Jesus...just so much talking...there was a point where she asked the question 3 times...If I was a student I wouldn't be able to not laugh or I would have to excuse myself or genuinely write a complaint to whoever organized this. She just flat out is dodging questions
If she put as much effort into actually changing as she has into telling people she’s changed, I think she’d be far better off. It’s such a shame that she took that time away and truly did seem better, but she’s already back into the same old story. Needing to put others down to feel more secure in herself.
As someone who really wanted the best for Gabbie, and watched her very public witch hunt against people who had "wronged" her. As well as what seemed like a lot of risky, worrying behaviours and thoughts. A lot of us could see Gabbie's mental health did not seem okay and for her to completely deny that anything was wrong and paint it like she was in control that whole time seems strange to me. Her demeanor through this interview gives very mean girl energy and also still seems like she has taken ZERO accountability and really learnt nothing in the year she's been off. It seems like she is DESPERATELY trying to sell an alternate version of reality to others and herself. And its disappointing.

the laugh that came out of my throat 😭
lol
This is so embarrassing, I know none of the audience could take her seriously
Literally, 3 mins ago, I had never heard of her before. I wish I could go back 4 mins and skip this crud!
I thought she changed for the better, but here we are yet again...
The irony is the woman she’s speaking about has significantly more education and accomplishments in literature than she does.
This just ages worse and worse. Gabbie was an abusive bully towards Rachel Oates and it's crazy that Oxford Union gave her a platform to be horrible towards her all over again. Frankly it's disgraceful and embarrassing how little effort goes into researching or vetting speakers at these events. Shame on everyone involved
Gabbie, you're not in high school anymore, move on.
Wow, this is embarrassing.
In her head she was like of course Oxford invited me to hear all the brilliant scholarly thoughts I have to offer why wouldn't I accept
Guess you can count this as a win for Cambridge…
DOES SHE EVEN KNOW WHERE SHES AT FOR MORE THAN A FEW SENTENCES!! IM EMBARRASSED FOR THE INTERVIEWY
How embarrassing for Oxford to host such an uneducated guest.
What on earth is this?? How embarrassing for Oxford
Couldn't even bother to dress smartly...
How many times does she say "like" and "dude"...?
Funny how you only notice she is doing it but you don’t call out how the woman she’s speaking to says like just as much as she does. Just goes to show that you just want to hate her so bad 😂
Gabbie thinks that because she has money and subs she's better than everyone.
Bruh those are dead subs anyway, look how many views she pulls on her videos lmao
Recently watched a couple of her videos of her coming back and was optimistic she'd changed and had found peace, but she says a lot about nothing and then the bit about Rachel and the book drama made me realise she has not changed. Like at all.
whose idea was this interview?? i think someone needs their pay cut if they think this was a good idea...
Girlie needs to take another year off 💀
like totally dude ya know whatever like
22:45 what got cut here? 🤔
i found that odd as well. i don’t think i’ve ever seen that in an oxford “interview”.
You do realize that Rachel has more accolades in literature and poetry that Gabbie will ever have?
why is this giving me the vibes of Gina Linetti entertaining that group of psychologists in b99?
I really want to know what the students thought of it 😂
This whole interview was just so cringe omg
She's such a vindictive person and it's so apparent in this interview. She's continued to be nothing but insulting, angry, and self-involved.
Please please please invite rachel oates next!!
was the audience paid or held at gunpoint to sit down and endure this?
This video alone proves Rachel is a lot more intellectural (whatever that means), forgiving and empathetic than Gabbie Hanna ever will be
Rachel has done more for the literary world than Gabbie ever will. lol
this was a disappointing watch. gabbie did actually provide a lot of very insightful commentary on social media and what its like to be an influencer. however, she mixed that in with an unprofessional attitude, bitterness, and some random ramblings. i think that a lot of the good and interesting parts of this discussion got overshadowed by how poorly she presented herself here, and her obvious unresolved resentment. i think oxford and the interviewer did amazing here, and gabbie.... you still have some self awareness work to do.
Are there any students here from this talk? I want to know your opinion?
Not classy or demure
I wish she would stop saying "dude"
She lost me when said “Oxford is a human experience” which humans? The ones from Harry Potter?
She said she didn't do vlogging....but later said how she would have a strict schedule and "would just talk about how she's feeling" for a vlog....this is...a dumpster fire. I hope she doesn't read these comments cause I don't think it would be good for her but Jesus...just so much talking...there was a point where she asked the question 3 times...If I was a student I wouldn't be able to not laugh or I would have to excuse myself or genuinely write a complaint to whoever organized this. She just flat out is dodging questions
She’s genuinely SLOW. There is no other way to describe it
her poetry isnt even good😭
@@miemora5920 beauty is relative. Family is relatives 😂😂
At oxford?? really? The students pay wayyyy too much for this come on now
Being rude and arrogant and not adapting to the situation isnt authentic, it's just cringe
If she put as much effort into actually changing as she has into telling people she’s changed, I think she’d be far better off. It’s such a shame that she took that time away and truly did seem better, but she’s already back into the same old story. Needing to put others down to feel more secure in herself.
I would like to point this out and answer what a lot of people are thinking..... yes, yes she is fried
Who is Gabbie Hanna?
I am so jealous that you don’t know.
Great question.
Who?
Just her proving time and time again that she isn't a good person. She holds grudges over self created drama.
This feels like satire
I really want video of the audience 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Why not invite someone that's actually an inspiration and can teach something to the students.
The interview you got is what you deserve by bringing her here.
In my highschool they brought a men that used to be a Student that ended up on heavy drugs and turned around and joined the army ,to change his life and oxford has gabbie Hanna😂🤦♀️.
So embarrassing!
Oxford..... what the fuck.
If she can be invited to Oxford
I can be invite to Harvard
why did they interview her 💀
What is she even talking about lol so hard trying to follow the points she’s trying to make
