I took Silver Airway's newest route GNV to FLL and it was amazing

ABOUT time a cheap regional airline opens up a route from Gainesville, FL to South Florida!
For the past three years I have been wishing for an airline to open a regular route between Gainesville and Miami and finally silver airways did it and let me say it was one of the best experiences Ive had flying. Driving the route is cool but takes 5 hours and around $100 one way... Taking the bus is between $40-$100 and takes no kidding 7 hours. Now... for $49 you can take Silver airway and it only takes an hour and 20 minutes. INSANE!
The atr 72-600 which is the type of aircraft used for this route is one of the most versatile and environmentally friendly aircraft available and I enjoyed every second of it.
Thank you Silver Airways for making this route a reality and I cant wait to fly with y'all again.

I had no way to contact costumer service to find out the terminals I have to get to departure on both locations, how to check in, etc. I waited about 46 minutes on the phone and counting and no answer from anybody but a bot suggesting me to leave my phone number so that an agent could contact me.
It's a very messy service and feels not reliable at all. Hopefully I will be able to reach my destination. Otherwise, it's going to be the first and last time I use their service.
