Very good. And good job with the camcon demo at the end! Also I will say that the pattern keeps its shape and effectiveness at distance unlike its Waffen SS counterpart smocks that would form one blob of a color at distance.. When compared to every single repro I have ever had this Sturm/Miltec smock has not lost any the camo pattern from simple/normal friction from wearing a rucksack or other kit. ALL others have.

      Thanks my friend!
Definatly YES! The shape of the Sumpftarn is amazing. It has a good Kombination of micro and macro camo. Especially macro! One of the few camos that you cant spot in Long distances.
Good to hear that the camo print lasts ❤
Sorry for the more bad quality of the Video...

Great work -- very crafty. Another word for this garment would be Anorak, It is an Inuit [?] word adopted in English [mountain climbing circles]. It means a pull-over/windbreaker/hoodie. Very practical. Handy for climbing, skiing or hunting. Loose and baggy with room for layers underneath.

Excellent work, i especially like the large rear and front pockets that are extremely utilitarian. I'm British, an old soldier and my favourite jacket is a Kay Canvas reproduction of the 1944 second pattern Denison smock as worn from Normandy through to the end of the war. I know there are negative connotations to wearing WW2 gear from your country but you cannot rewrite the past. Lets just say I'm glad you didn't win the second war but we both won the first cold war. 😉🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧

Thank you very much Sir!😊 I am glad to read such a Kind and nice comment!
Yes for sure, one has to make some thoughts about WHAT and WHY He/she is wearing ww2 clothes. A good camo pattern never killed someone or Made war crimes etc. So its fine for me!
The dension smock is an awesome piece of Kit in my opinion! I really like the brush camo pattern on it, nice colours 😍
The complete Opposite of all that Multicam bullshyt thats everyone wears... I am sick of that!
At that time all nations Had its own pattern, they have Made thoughts about it what will Work, what Not... And today they all wear the Same, Just different tiny national Flags divide them... That kinda sucks.
Anyways, glad you liked it ☺️
      Best regards from Germany,
      GR 🤙🏻

I really like some of the WW2 camoflage patterns designed in Germany- like Sumpftarn and Splittertarn- they seem to be the most universal because they are not too dark, especially for larger distances, where dark camo tends to stand out. Great job on making the smock- i used to "improve" and modify some of my gear when I served, but on very basic level, never learned how to use sewing machine.

Thank you very much for your comment!
Yes right, sumpftarn and Splittertarn have a good amount of bright colours! So they have good contrast in its pattern, If you ask me the most important Thing!
Yes, some of the newer stuff like Flecktarn Looks Like a Big dark block from a distance.
Good to hear you Made some mods to your stuff. Using the sewing machine is Not that hard, i really recommend to try it!
      Best regards,

It would be great if someone would make modern clothing in this camoflage, not just replicas- allthough the reversible parka for winter is also cool/ practical design and for that time in my opinion it was revolutionary.@@germanredneck9019

Top work, I enjoy it! As I own and use often a sewing machine myself, I know how it is easy and hard at the same time, to sew correctly items! I own several british & cadet smocks I had to improve. Real real good work, keep going and make more videos 👍🏼👍🏼💪🏼

Ah the second best camouflage ever, just behind erbsenmuster 44. Very close to the original british attempts, I almost wonder if the wehrmacht was influenced by the denison smocks on this.
Mil tec did suprisingly good, most reproductions and chinese replicas are not correct and too chunky with sharp edges and no blending of the pattern almost like swedish splinter instead of true sumpftarn.
Great work, great video, very limited camo nerd audience like me 😂
