When willNT learn that they do no own any air space . That the CAA it the one who says where and when they can fly . Yes they can a ply to have a no fly zone .
They do own the airspace, they just have limited control over who gets to use it. The CAA don't give permission, they say it is safe to fly. From the CAA - The aviation regulations only address the flight safety aspects of the flight and they do not constitute permission and Drones and remotely piloted aircraft should be flown at a height over the property of another person which is ‘reasonable’ in all circumstances. Failure to do so could amount to trespass if the flight interferes with another person’s ordinary use and enjoyment of land and the structures upon it.
I thought DJE had pushed them so much that they’d notified everyone that they can’t stop them - suppose not everyone reads memos tho or I could be wrong
@@scotttchviski6706I saw someone else saying a business owns the airspace above but they didn’t provide any evidence - don’t suppose you can point me in the right direction can you please? I think you’re incorrect but always happy to learn ☺️
@DJEMEDIA I was wondering, because you done the data centre just by it, about a mile away. I also done the data centre after this video haha. And airbus drops tomoz l, all on the same business park...
Lol, good job they didn't see where you took off the second time as still part of the trust grounds with the long pathway between the trees takes you up to the original entrance to the house.
@Anonymousaudits I know lol, it's an awesome place, I've flown over there, and the lake as i only live 15 minutes away from there. Great video. Keep the posts coming.
@@Anonymousauditstbf I haven’t found anything in legislation to prevent taking off from private land anyway so all good from a legal standpoint point - hope so anyway given I flew from an NT site on Saturday 😂😂 Trespass at worst and… 🤷♂️ 😂 Gonna see if I can do some fancy editing on that one so later in the week for people to watch 😁
I'm starting to feel sorry for the NT staff , . You would think that , by now they would have sent a memo to all staff informing them that, although it is NT policy to not allow drone flying a member of the public is quite at liberty to allow a drone to fly over if the operator is in a public place to has line of sight to the drone and the drone is sub 250 grammes. There you are, simple isn't it.
I perhaps missed something here. But taking off from the cafe courtyard was intentionally within the NT grounds? I got the impression on a recent visit, that the grounds were also under NT management and so I chose to take-off from the adjacent housing estate
Good god! Have they something to hide or something ? RUclips is MASSIVE now and this is bad for the place as people will not go, talking nice and allowing it to fly for everyone to see will attract many people to want to visit.
LOL at the old bloke saying "our property " he will be dead soon and no one will even remember his name ! its just a job pal and you probably dont even get paid
Antagonist should be your Channel title. To fly a drone you need to be registered with AA do a online test and fly no higher than 400 feet anything higher then that you will be required to take further training and licensing. Pity you did not include that in your footage. You were repeatedly advised to contact the NT film media unit but no you wanted to prove a point . Another worthless point made by you and your pointless channel .
whenever they say they have jurisdiction of the airspace, you should ask how much they pay in rent per day for that !😄😄😄
A great educational video and fantastic flight...cool
