It would be cool to have an update that allows you to be “framed” as a murderer in a case and you have to solve it before getting arrested yourself or worse… shot
My theory about the Fields is that they have something to do with Sync Disks. If you were to make it to the Fields in the first place, you likely had some quality sync disks and some sort of ambition. People who have ambition are likely drawn to sync disks because they want to be great or greater at something. Maybe the potential and unique traits of people who use sync disks to achieve success is how this research/sync disk development is furthered. I mean, think about it. Sync disks are some of the most valuable and advanced tech around, and they inherently hold the most potential because they're tied to the X factor of humanity. Best case scenario, someone goes to the fields, the devs learn something to make a new sync disk, improve an existing sync disk, or at worst, extract the disk for resale.
@@bulutlarolmasin8183 if you read the prompt when you are installing the disk it says that you need multiple to access the other path you can just have a max of any 18 discs if you really wanted it could be 18 sugar daddy disks at the start (good luck with the addiction lmao)
They should make that whenever you get found or get an alert it reduces your social status so its more difficult to get to level 12 and it motivates you to be sneaky and not just knock down everyone
Seeing how you enjoy this kind of deduction based game, I'm thinking you might really enjoy Case of the Golden Idol, return of the Obra Dinn. Those are more about figure out what happened, but there's a fair amount of "who dunnit" that I found scratched an itch for me. (As a fan of Shadows of Doubt)
most unrealistic thing about this game is the hospital bills being a percentage of your money lolll - anyways I'd love to see you do a new play through!!

I love this game and I want to play so much more so badly, but then i see all the bugs and loading issues, interior becoming invisible forever and so on and it keeps driving me away from playing :(
I've played a few times and it's really not that bad. I would encourage anyone who is intrigued to just hop in and give it a shot. It's a big learning curve even after watching all of insyms SOD videos.
@@brianagibbons7404 I have 2 save games broken with completely invisible interior, the loading times on the furniture and food shops outside sometimes are huge. Kidnap cases sometimes not beeing solveable idk. I had a lot of bugs in my 20hrs already
The bugs are gnarly but it’s still a playable game. There’s almost always workarounds. I had a bugged sniper case, the body disappeared. I just waited for them to commit another murder and it became solveable. What helps is not sprinting everywhere and giving the game time to simulate itself. Even on my gaming rig things de-load at the wrong time when I’m fluidly running full bore everywhere. Play it, the bugs aren’t too bad.

i had a string of only kidnap cases to the point i started to hate them and wish there was a way to shut them off. haven’t seen one in forever though

It's actually not that bad at all. I imagine Insym gets it worse with the whole twitch integration thing

I have 217 hours in this game. I can tell you that the bugs do not detract from how amazing the game is.
