The price plus the shipping have kept me from trying this brand but there does seem to be something special about them. I’m crossing my fingers for Black Friday.
I would also add the risk of damage in transit. Getting a refund or replacement is not always easy, it depends a lot on customer service and company policy. There are companies with which I have had a great time, others that are really shameful

I wanted it but it literally sold out in less than 5 minutes! I'm getting really sick of pre orders. I understand smaller brands need to be alittle frugal with funds but it's annoying constantly waiting 1-3 months for a palette. So I dropped out if purchasing this one. Although it's really pretty. And it's not just Ensley Reign with long waits it's other brands to.
This eyeshadow palette is my favorite eyeshadow palette that I have bought this year and the second place is the Flower Moon. EnsleyReign is now my favorite indie brand. Mainstream brands still have the best mattes Natasha Denona, Pat Mcgrath, Viseart, and ABH. Sidney Grace's mattes are top in indie brands.
This really is gorgeous! Though I feel that with my Viserart Dark Mattes palette and some of the sparkly shades I already own, I can create similar looks. I also have a TM cart ready for next month's sales for shades I've been wanting to try from them. Thanks for sharing!!! 😊❤

This is such a beautiful palette! But I don’t like to order on Pre-order because I don’t have enough patience to wait! But if it was available to order , I would definitely pick it up ❤

I really wanted this palette originally, I love a dark, grungy color story, but the more I look at it, the more I see there are a lot of greyish tones which I wouldn’t wear. I don’t mind the price, I appreciate a palette with a lot of multichromes ( but I don’t mind less multichromes as long as the shimmers are sparkly). I don’t love a holochrome. So all in all, realistically I would only use half of the palette, so with that in mind I think I will pass. Thank you for the review Millie!

Hi Milly. I am waiting patiently for mines to come in the mail. This palatte sold out in minutes on their launch date. I brought mine in the preorder. I know it’s pricey, but when I first saw this palatte revealed 2 or 3 weeks ago…….what can I say? The quality, it’s one of the best palattes for the year.
On the magnetic pans - I'm only buying palettes with removable pans recently. It's so much nicer to have the shades available as "singles" and be able to build my own palettes with these special shades in a few months when the novelty of the colour story has worn off. I'm fine mixing palettes, but mixing 3 or 4 palettes becomes unwieldy... so magnetic pans are the best of both worlds. Agree on the price though, I LOVED the sugar drizzle Pickled palette because it was so concise!
Beautiful palette but my middle shade was shattered upon arrival despite my package being well packed. Usps is to blame. I recommend everyone get the route insurance that they offer just in case you live across country. Usps isn't careful
THIS is how you do a multichrome palette! I love this layout and the mattes to make up any look! Would've loved a couple of light mattes (a green and a cream) to brighten up the inner corner, though I get that makes a palette look more "spring".

I'm also at the point where I know what colors I like on myself and I have become very picky. Most palettes this yr have been an easy pass bc I either have the colors already or the color stories aren't for me. But this color story adds to my collection and I can see myself wearing it all yr round. 😍💐🍁🍄🌱 I highly prefer magnetic palettes so I can mix and match when I travel and I like traveling w a curated palette. I mostly travel to family or friends' homes, but occasionally I travel for fun. Sometimes I like just seeing my own color stories and now I prob have enough magnetic palettes and singles to dupe a bunch of new palettes.
Ugh i love the packaging design and the fact thay its very fallish and the shimmers look amazing. But i just dropped a good amount of money on the melt collection and waiting on the ghostface palette. Plus waiting to see the freddy collection..
$50-60 palettes with one multichrome are so common in non indie brands and they make me so mad, like i have every other shade in other palettes already, why do i need to buy a whole palette with repeat colors for the one special shade that i want 😭 Id rather get a multichrome single and use it with any of my existing palettes that have tons of mattes and regular shimmers
I disagree. I bought this palette because it is full of multichromes. I don’t need those mattes because as a makeup lover I already have so many mattes. Buying another matte palette with 1 or 2 multichromes is a waste of money.

This is a brand I want to try eventually but right now my focus is on all the Glamlite launches.
