My friend has been working from Phenix Salons since 2022 after 7 years at a great salon. The owner gave up the salon after being worn out. She loves the independence and flexibility that Phenix provides. It's better than paying rent at another salon. Your space looks awesome.
Thank you @brianfuller757! And I definitely have to agree with your friend. The flexibility is awesome. All we’re responsible for paying is our weekly rent (all utilities are included). And we have 24 hour access. I even love my neighbors!
I worked in a drama free/wonderful salon (Regis Salon) of 10 years but this is even better.

How much is cost to rent one of the suites monthly?
You have a very nice space. I was wondering where you got the refrigerator from? A suggestion for you you could get a hook for your swifter & hang it where it is.

This is a nice size ! I’ve been deep diving gathering info for NJ braiders license. I thought all salon suites had to be 350 sq ft and an additional 50 ft for each additional station.
Thank you!! Yea, that confused me when I read the SB guidelines. I’m not sure if maybe they make exceptions for salon suite spaces or what. But they passed me at the inspection with no issues. Do you have a Phenix near you?
