So my son is Autistic and I started him around 8yrs putting the dishes away out of the dishwasher. Took me directing him a million times but he does it now all on his own(so well). He also gets the clothes out of the dryer and folds them and puts them all away. He gets the garbage bag out of the trash can and ties it. Then carries it out( I follow of course). He picks up his toys as well. It took a while and I had to be consistent but it's good life skills. So.... I wanna say I'm so sorry for your loss. Even expected feels unexpected. Losing a parent is one of those experiences in life that changes everything forever. Especially when you see them go down hill over time. I lost my mom almost a year ago after a almost 6 month battle with cancer. Then 5 months later right before Christmas, my husbands dad passed away suddenly from really aggressive cancer that he didn’t know he had.
You are a strong woman and a great example to all the women who are watching your channel! ❤️

I am so happy that your Dad had you!!! Wishing you love Brianna and I pray that you have peace and understanding in such a difficult time in your life. I do know your pain. My Dad was "My Person" and he passed from Cancer 1 week after fathers day June 2014. It doesn't get easier but we learn how to process it and fill our time with our loved ones still here. I have a really good friend of mine who’s been suffering from MS since 2012, and watching someone you love and care about being sick is the worst feeling in the entire world. I’m so sorry for everything that your family is going through. It may not feel like it right now but it’s such a blessing that you had this time with your father while he was with Hospice. Just a little bit of time to talk about everything & say the important things to each other. After losing my dad to suicide, I feel envious of families that get this time. I know it’s hard to watch a loved one passing but I feel like it also gives a sense of closure.

I first sit and watch it. then when I'm cleaning I play it and can listen whilst I'm busy cleaning and can look in when my motivation starts to waiver. You motivate me so much. I’m sorry to hear about you loss. I recently lost my mom back in October. The grieving process is very confusing and conflicting losing someone so important and close. Just remember to take time for yourself and your family. Talk together as a family. Just remember, god will never put you through more than you can handle. I’m sure your father would love for you and your family to celebrate life through this hard time. Don’t be afraid to show your emotions, cry, laugh, get angry. Whatever the case. Your stronger than you feel! You and all so knew him are in my prayers! ❤️

As for laundry, i have one designated day for laundry a week. On that day, i clean the house and give the house a bit ot TLC, so i am not leaving the house that day at all anyway. Doing it that way, it's really made me rethink the clothes i wear and being more thoughtful in buying and wearing. Thinking of you 💕

For me, when I started downsizing my clothes and kids clothes, it helped with laundry overload... I think sometime we just need LESS so we do less laundry too. Maybe that could help? Love you girl! You're still rocking it out!

I am so sorry for your loss Bri. I lost my daddy way too early, he was only 53. I miss him terribly, especially all the moments with my kids that I know he would have loved. Knowing he’s in Heaven is what makes it bearable.

I'm so sorry. I lost my mom at the age 18 -im 23 now- she suffered from cancer for almost 10 years... To watch your loved one let alone your parent suffer for so long hurts so much. I'd say it gets better, but you never stop wishing they were here, sadly. But you are a very strong💪 charismatic woman and it'll be ohkay!! Take your time to spend with your family!! I have a 9 year old and a 23 month old and I started getting them to help around 1 and my almost 2 year old has a very small chore chat already. He is to pick up all his trains,car, and other assorted vehicles and books before bed. I started with the bigger things like wiping the table after meals and swiffering with my oldest around 3 because he was able to do it and understood the concept that it was for him to do. Good luck with starting the chore chart.

Hi, Brianna! I’m new to your channel, and I am LOVING it! You’re very sweet and your kids are adorable. I am so sorry for your loss, you’re in my prayers. I’m just commenting on the question you had about chores/chore charts. I have 6 kids, and I was a SAHM when my oldest 3 were younger. I started them on chore charts as toddlers. At first, it was pretty much just something with pictures that I’d say “oh look, we have to put our plates in the dishwasher now” or “oh, we need to pick up these toys we were playing with,” and I’d basically do it “with” them and then we’d check it off. My two oldest are 13 and 12 now, and they still have charts. They just need to be updated VERY often, as their abilities progress, but it’s never too early to start! Loved this video!

my son just turned 6 in December and we started a chore chart and I wish I would of did it sooner. if you make one for Landon or Presley can you please share? myka has a really good list for her kids I was wondering what you would put because your just as awesome. loved this! def needed it this week because my kids have been sick, they are 6 and 2. I'm a mama of 5 and I've had the same laundry schedule forever and it's only one load a day 😀 everyone has their own hamper in their room and here is how I do it:
Monday- towels/cloths 1 bed
Tuesday- youngest
Wednesday-middle child
Thursday- oldest
Friday- myself
Saturday- hubby
Sunday- 1 or 2 beds and pet stuff (beds, mats ect).
Amy sent me over here and I'm so glad she did. My heart goes out to you my sister that your dad is ill and yet he'll be in the arms of Jesus soon. Thank you for your video.
