@L.4utumn I'm saying if someone wants to get baits to do the event, they can then take advantage of the 14 day pass and rods to level as well. Maximising value for money.
I bought the pack, for the bait and poles, out of all the DLC poles I have all the Halloween setups and the fire Zeus, Halloween Event is my favorite… and I myself as a player since 2018 have supported the developer’s by buying all the DLC to make the game better and what it is today and for future updates, also so players can still enjoy playing a majority of the game for free…
i am low level, i bought the pack. thus far i've gotten to the amazon with the poles alone, and gone from like lvl.14 to lvl.35... they're barely good enough for the whale monster, and the Dunkleosteus in Scandinavia, not sure if those aren't the ones they were saying you couldn't do with them.
level 87 rank 11 here. Cannot complete this event without spending 30 euros on this pack, or spend ALL my BC. (went from 200+ to 21 BC, and im stuck at Maku) This event is made to get your money...
Honestly in my opinion, this dlc is just a cash grab. For me, I am fortunately high enough level to go through the events without needing to buy it, but that same statement cannot be said about my friend. He's level 36 and he was very excited about the event but he failed at the first fish, the slide rock bolter. He has the sport bottom pack to try to catch the fish, which is not really an ideal rod but a doable one, but the literally said no. As soon as the fish bites, he picks up the rod, which with lower drag setup, and suddenly the fish escapes and the game pop up a message saying your setup was too weak, please upgrade your tackle.
level 79 and even I can get the monster at rocky lake out of the water after 3 attempts geee.............so there's nothing to do for low levels? only just to buy a DLC #OMG #Moneygrabbers #Microcredits
Honestly, with those 3 rods, especially that tropicana, and the pond passes, for a lower level player that's a decent pack to level with.

Level 62 and I can't get past MaKu Maku in the Halloween event. Have to buy the DLC to get to Marion and Amazonian maze.
