There are indeed and they’re all pretty good as well. They seem to learn as they’re going as well. The newer ones are far better than say the frozen notte.
@@jimbopcbuilds I’d be super interested to see the prism tests since it’s in a similar price range. I think after that, all the $50-$60 Thermalright AIO’s will have been tested
How much do these benchmarks matter if you change out the stock fans. Like if all of the radiators had the exact same fans, how much do you think it would affect these results. Do you think the frozen edge would still be so good in comparison?
Interesting question. That would become more of a fan testing exercise. For example if you replaced the stock fans with say $40 noctua fans you would see a difference. If you’re looking to see fan testing I’d go to Gamers Nexus as they have the equipment to test them far better than I can.
To clarify I test all coolers as they come out of the box. It’s supposed to influence a buying decision as most people won’t change the fans and will use it as is.
@@genericsidecharacter8915 I don't think the radiator would do much tbh. It would really come down to the pump and cold plate. How good are th coling fins in the block etc. That could be tested by using the same fans and fan profile across multiple AIOs of the same type (ie 240)
Good suggestion thank you. I didn’t do that originally as season was large and they would have been hard to see. Let have a think of the best way to do it.
4:50 this doesnt have RGB, and the 3 PWM simply plug in to one hub that then plus in to the Mobo, no big deal. Only difference with this and say Lian Li and/or Thermaltake daisy chan is that their solutions have connections that do not require wires, just one wire from the unit(s) to the Mobo.
I've just ordered a 360mm frozen edge for £46 on Amazon for my surplus parts build , 3800xt + 3070 in a cheap Mars Gaming MCV3 case . I am quite confused how the frozen notte has scored as i have a 360mm on my 11900k and it idles at 21c-23c and never goes above 60c
Very good video! Im usually running Lian Li because I love their single daisy chain, but with the $50 tag price i decided to try it out from this video. I can't seem to find any software to control the speed of pump or fans. Do TR have software to control the speed of pump and fans?
Thank you!! You just need to connect the fan connectors to the motherboard fan header. So check your board but you should have CPu fan headers. For the RGB, again connect with the RGB header on your board. You can then control both from the motherboard software.

Thank you indeed for the sub. The workspace has taken a while but I’m very happy with it. I just wish it was bigger. As for the AIO, yes it is overkill for a 5600x, but for me it doesn’t matter as it’s so cheap. If it cost $100 US or above I’d be saying don’t go there but it’s not, so why. That you so much for this!!! This has made it so much clearer. These tests are so comprehensive. I really really appreciate your work man

I opted for the Frozen Infinity 360. best looking waterblock and fans. pretty quiet and performs well as well. So many models

the frozen edge vs the prism and the notte?
I’ve not tested the prism yet. But the edge beats the notte.
So far I saw that the Notte is better than the Prism
