I JUST started rebounding at age 53!! I love it because it doesn’t even seem like working out! Very fun! Thanks for highlighting this “alternative” workout method!! I love your videos…thanks for being real and bringing good ideas! 😊
I love my rebounder! I watch Jumped and Jacked on RUclips. For all of the ladies who say " I'll pee my pants" empty your bladder before you start. It will help with all of that. It also instantly puts you in a good mood! Start slow at 2 mins and keep increasing. So good for lymph drainage! 🎉❤
Keep spreading the benefits of rebounding. Found a study showing that the spring rebounders give much better results while preventing ankle injuries.... pronation. Cellerciser fan!
I recently got a rebounder per your recommendation. Been using it the last week for only 2-5 minutes/day gently to assimilate. I have hip bursitis & a bad back. OMG has this been helping my hip so much since day 1 that I’m not having startling pain like I have been for months that was literally impeding on my life, functioning & happiness. No other exercise was helping me get relief. This is so amazing. Thank you infinitely for the advice! 💗
As you know! I am waaaay past menopause. BUT I love my rebounder for my sugar levels as the6 do the trick when insulin alone isn’t quite cutting it. At the young age of 60, I also love the fact that rebounder bouncing is easy on joints and is similar cardio as jogging! ❤❤❤
Hi Tracy. I’m so happy that you’re spreading the word about the benefits of rebounding. I’m curious to know if you’ve watched any of Dave Halls videos (the inventor of the Cellersizer) on why he recommends springs instead of bungees? He’s such an expert in this field and I’d love your opinion of him if you’re aware of him. Thanks 😊
My doctor said I am in perimenopause but I'm quickly transitioning into menopause. 12 months without a period? haven't had one since October 2024. Yeah, I have achy joints but I'm finding ways to make that better. More exercise to something with the extra energy that I have. I do have more energy than I know what to do with.
Tracy, I have a Balance Body Reformer and Jump Board. Does rebounding on the reformer jump board have the same benefits to this rebounder? I am a cancer survivor (I had lymphoma) so anything that helps my lymphatic system is something I want to incorporate more of into my workout routines.

Funny that this video came up. I just ordered a rebounder and I am waiting for it to be delivered. Great tips! Will be using your guidelines. Thanks❣️

Thank you for this! Rebounding is something I’ve been wanting to try now at 39 and feeling perimenopausal symptoms. Also, you look amazing in pink 💕
Thank you!! Give it a try and mine linked are super inexpensive 🙌
Tracy I didn't realize you had rebounding as part of your TBT 😊

Great tips, Tracy. What if you do not own a rebounder? and if you need to purchase one, should a person look for weight limits?
The ones I have linked are fab options and all will tell you weight limits (generally up to 350lbs)
@@TracyCampoli Thanks, Tracy

I really don’t think it’s the same. Look up Dave Hall the inventor of the Cellersizer. He’s amazing
Can you tell me the brand/model of the beige trainers you wearing at 2min 40sec? Great outfit! :)
Can I use a trampoline instead?
You can but it might make the bounce too high. Try it!!!
Will my downstairs neighbor hate me for bouncing on their ceiling tho 🤷🏻♀️
They won't even hear you. The pad on the rebounder absorbs any sound.
I am afraid of hurting my ankles. Seems like a lot of pressure 😬
This is the same as myself. I started aqua and do a lot of bouncing before and after class.
