    Hi Tony!
My name is George, and I just want to say people like you make this world go round. I would love to get to know your team and see if we're a good fit for each other. It could be a great opportunity for both of us.
The love of my life and I ended up, taking on a foreclosure for 30,000 credits for Worldmark Wyndham. We are capped at 5%, so we're only paying $250 a month for maintenance fees, and I was curious: if we sold all 30,000 credits to you guys, how much would that be?

Hi Tony! Thank you for your video! You taught me so much and we’re going to palm beach for thanksgiving! Do you think it’s better to use interval international or the Marriott points system? We still have the old week deeded system and they have told
Me about the upgrade to “points” etc which I have no idea about

Hi Silvia, Thank you for watching!
Unfortunately, it is too late to turn your weeks into points for this Thanksgiving. So you would have to try to go through Interval this year if you couldn’t get it directly through Marriott. But you might have a little trouble getting it because if you go through Interval, it depends on what week you booked to deposit into Interval and what week you actually own. In the future, it’s best if you book your week a year ahead of time for the highest demand time at the resort you own and then deposit it immediately so that, when you want to go to places like that, you already have the highest trading power to be able to get into high demand times such as that. It can be good to get into the points system for times like this, so you can get on the waiting list, go for less than a week, and get in at the last minute, which is harder to do trading through Interval, but there is a substantial cost to getting into the point system. However, if they ever give you a special where you could just get into the point system for $500 and convert your old weeks into points, that is usually worth it. However, you have to convert your week into points by September 31 of the previous year.

There was a time when booking out a year in advance you could get what you wanted. Now unless you're sitting on the app at 9a.m. when they release inventory you're not getting it. There's people who obviously do this & book & then put them in Red week. These aren't situations where something comes up & you can't use your reservation. If I wanted to be in an Airbnb scheme I wouldn't bother with a timeshare. I'm not going in prime time but I'm still having a hard time getting what I want. The MVC sales pitch encourages renting out. It's becoming too much work. When I wanted Hawaii end of April early May took me ten minutes same with Marco Island, Aruba. Now good luck. I always go at the same time couldn't even get my home resort this year using weeks.

Hi Joanne, Thank you for watching!
If you are in the points system, the best way to get reservations that are hard to get is to book 3 nights of a studio at a different resort that requires very minimal points, like an off-season studio somewhere for two or three nights, and then book the week in Aruba or at the place you want to go, and that will get you above the 13-month window as long as it’s consecutive. Also, utilizing the waiting list is a huge thing that most people don’t do. When you’re on the point system waiting list, you have a very high percentage, especially since most people don’t know that it’s available and/or it’s all run by Computer’s now, +20% approximately of reservations cancel.
