Some customers i have to give a "OUT" to- They start a conversation like this only to realize that they really dont know what they are talking about and instead of admitting they may be wrong they sulk and cant admit they were wrong and that causes the disagreement to fester in them-Not me cause i know im right in that scenario and usually they see it after they done put there foot in their mouth- and by her not responding tell it all - she dont have a leg to stand on. As far as dropping her - well i would have to weigh that - Her history with me -location, density, profit, timing, degree of difficulty getting paid would play a factor in that. great video brother
@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 exactly Ray, I’ve made some mistakes in the past that I’ve had to pay to fix but in this case I’m not and would never budge.. I havnt heard from her since so not sure. I really don’t want to do business with this lady again. She is an older single woman. I feel if she had a husband he would explain it to her as to why (no rain in 3-4/ no sprinklers as to why the grass is thin.. haha
Yeah I hear you man. When I spray I try to tell them the pros and cons and even send them educational videos of lawn treatments. I have some clients that want nothing unless its organic products so that is a different ball game. Its hard to please everyone but when they complain about certain issues I just tell them like its man. We try to accommodate all clients but we can't please everyone's expectations. Thats why i been hesitant to spray, with my luck id get blamed for ruining a yard. Im currently learing all i can on it now. I do plan to as i educate myself more.
@@BENNHENDRICKS33 yeah Ben you got to be careful but it doesn’t take a lot of study to know what your doing.. I’ve had some issues spot spraying in the past where I ending up re sodding some spots but nothing major. I figured out what I did wrong in that particular instance..

I would probably let customer go, I’ve had almost same situation, I tell customers there isn’t anything that I do going to work 💯.
