awesome belt. plates are thick and the etching is nice and deep. leather cut is my favorite too for the IC. its that 88-92 style of cut. if you cant get a Parks or Millican, esp. for the classic designs......shit this is definitely the next best thing. looks like the work is quality too. at the end of the day, its all about the happiness of the consumer. if the buyer is happy and satisfied, that's all that matters.

Also, I have recently learned that championship dream gets their plates from Classic Shields and puts them on high quality American leather. Either way you got a steal for 700 bucks. Championship dreams uses the same 4.2mm plates that Classic Shields uses. Who has better plates over seas. Thx
Ooof. That's a good question. Both belt makers make a good belt, but CS has their own cnc etching machine and don't have to farm it out like ORM does. That means faster turnaround time. My classic shield tag belt is the best etch belt I own. And I got it in 3 months. With orm you'll probably wait a year but it will be a quality belt as well. It's a toss up but right now I'd say CS.
@@naitch1761 First off, I love this belt, but if I'm gonna be honest, no for these two reasons: 1. The main plate is not as curved as my Milican was. The curve on this belt is just a hair too flat for my 100% liking. 2. The leather is good, the tooling is great and so is the cut, but the leather is not as floppy as my Winged eagle. (My WE leather is REALLY floppy) The IC leather flops, but I belive the leather is too thick for it to truly flop around. Huge difference between my winged eagle and IC. But you can't tell any of that when it hangs beautifully on a wall. The plates are excellently etched and every bit as deep and detailed as my old Milican!

I even believe in my heart that Corey King from Championship Dreams orders plates from Classic Shields and put the belt on his own leather, he even adds a 1 piece belt tip from belt performance. IMHO nobody makes plates any better then CS. Your tag belt is probably the nicest etch belt I have ever seen! Your triple crown is the same as mine. My only suspicion is the lack of curve in plates, but great belt. Let me know about CD vs Classic shields, which way would you go?? Thx

Not gonna lie my wwe intercontinental legends Edition etching is almost as deep. Your border lines on the main plate may be a bit deeper but not by much. Im in no way bashing your belt its gorgeous the intercontinental is one of if not my favorite of all time. Id say I like yours over mine its something about the main plate shape and size thats more on point than the wwe shop version. Anyways damn nice purchase enjoy that belt man it's a classic.
I have to say...of all the belts that the wwe shop puts out....the IC belt is by far the best that they sell. I have never seen a legends version of this belt, but the belt on the white strap that they sell looks really good. Throw that belt on real leather and most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference
@@johnjon246 The legends Edition is basically the same plate wise to the white strap version. Only difference is the wwe logos. The Legends version has the old block style just doesn't have the F on it unlike yours. The etching on yours is crisper the wwe shop etching seems rounded off. Im about to get it releathered with a Paul Martin strap that simulated strap on it looks good but you know the rest.😄

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Championship Dreams gets their plates from Pakistan. All that American made talk is just wrong. Nowadays Corey orders plates from Custom Shields and is currently having Romeo Anderson re-leather the CS plates. I don’t know who in Pakistan made that particular belt, but it appears on par with a Classic Shields, so it could be them for sure. Far from an American belt maker though. This has been verified by multiple actual belt makers in the US. The belt is a nice belt; just wanted to clear up the misinformation. Those are Pakistani plates.
And I've heard the complete opposite from several american belt makers. Think whatever you want to think...but there is no pakistani belt maker who's art and etching looks identical to mine. Show me proof and then we can talk.

Plates are pretty good but not the best. A few plating issues but nothing outstanding. Overall let down imo on the leather job. AJ Gittings if he wants to be respected in the hobby needs a proper stamp
Plating does have some minor blemishes. Overall though etching is Crisp and no wavey plates. The leather could have been better. It's not floppy enough for my liking.
