"Keep her up on the shelf" refers to the multitude of cat ears he has. He mentioneded in a livestream that he has a lot of cat ears but he doesn't wear them. I mean I think you can draw your own conclusions from that 😳
in the description of the song, he actually said he doesn’t like this song and just posted it bc viewers were nagging him. So i find it interesting how it’s your favourite. Corpse’s favourite is Never Satisfied, and it’s mine too! I definitely recommend checking out that song, one reason he finds it his favourite song he’s made is bc it’s more unique in a way that it can’t be recreated from the things such as screams.

Keep her up on the shelf refers to how he keeps the cat ears of the girls he's slept with on a shelf, he's said before he likes girls to wear them even during one night stands, kinda his conquest walls but they're also something he thinks fondly of not always sexually I believe. Also this song kinda touches on the fact of a past relationship he had that kinda broke him, which he wrote 'I Miss You' I believe when they broke up and she left him, he wrote it in a psychotic break and recorded it.. And the shirt he's wearing, he's made remarks about how it could be red wine or blood due to his self harm tendencies but it's most likely red wine and it is him in the picture. Started a trend due to people thinking he had 6 fingers because he was wearing a large ring that made it look like another finger

I could be wrong about this but I think he also said that he took that photo after the interview that Anthony Padilla made with the Faceless RUclipsrs. People roasted him so much for some reason and this photo is kind of like a “fuck you” back to everyone.

I have watched a ton of reaction videos to this song and you are the FIRST person to catch his countdown @7:44, I've been saying that it is one of the most under appreciated parts of this song and his music in general because it is so damn clever and well crafted. Also I want to submit my theory that he goes even deeper on the "3 times a boyfriend tried me had TO tell them they ain't shit" in that yes he does say 'to' which could be that #2 but also "shit" is also known as taking a #2, but I'm not sure if my guess there is more accurate than yours
