The first darkest before I got was overflow and rampage. One for all would def be better but it is a solid roll no matter what
On my darkest before I got ponogol barrel,ricochet rounds,tunnel vision and full auto trigger.
With stability master work
in pve the auto, hand cannon and the sniper are the only worth weapons imo. the pulse is good but pulse rifles aren't really good except cold denial which i used to love a lot but now im not really on it because i prefer sidreams, SMGs and other stuff now and the sidream is crap and also really bad for your arm

I just started playing again and had some friends take me through prophecy, had no idea the pulse was the best, but oh my god it’s amazing i literally haven’t taken it off since I got it. I got subsistence rampage and in pve and pvp man it’s insane. Pvp especially I was popping off

I’ve got a fluted barrel, flared magwell, dynamic sway, frenzy, range mw last breath that is amazing in pve and is also surprisingly good in pvp. It has knocked gnawing hunger off its perch as my favourite auto
Appreciated this vid. My Fireteam has been running this Dungeon weekly and I was curious as to how the weapons stack up in the metaverse. My Warlock and my Hunter however? These guns are just shards and glimmer!
I got a Last Breath with Killing Wind/Frenzy w/ Hammer Forged and Accurized rounds, and that thing is a monster in Iron Banner, almost no recoil and the damage is good too with the max headshot damage being between 34-39 per hit
To avoid only using an arc subclass with the sudden death, use an exotic like sixth coyote to have 3x stacks with 80-90% uptime with surplus.

The fact that dope auto is second to the bottom shows how good these weapons are.
Yup. The AR is probably the best kinetic AR in the entire game on just how it feels to shoot. The perk pool could be better though.
Timed payloads damage also goes through energy shields straight to the hp bar, it’s kinda niche but it can help.
On the auto rifle when demolishionist and one for all dropped for me I knew I had something special. This auto can get some great rolls but has competition when chroma rush is easily farmable with good damage perks
The interesting thing about rapid-fire pulses like darkest before is that they received not a single buff, however they got launched to the top of the meta. That’s why I love how the weapon sandbox in Destiny 2 works.
Because everything else got nerfed…

Just got both of the sniper rolls you talked about on a run up to the boss
The sniper is one of my favorite sniper rifles to use in pvp. It's up there with Eye of Sol or Adored for me
overflow/firing line was the first roll i got on the long walk! its wicked!
My Darkest Becore has Arrowhead Brake/Appended Mag/Tunnel Vision/Full Auto. I love it.
My last Breath has Extended Barrel/Appended Mag/Demolitionist/Frenzy. It's good in PVE.
Can we farm after completing it for the week or do I have to wait for reset for it to drop again?
I keep getting amber alert'd by darkest before, it always feels like a sweet buisiness but with blue lasers

Rick, Ensemble + Frenzy on The Last Breath is the best possible combination for GM NFs and endgame activities. It is the best feeling auto for endgame content by far.

I got a Last Breath last night with Fluted/Full Bore, Armor Piercing/Appended, Killing Wind, Frenzy, seems like a decent all around roll not as good as my old one that I unfortunately had to dismantle :/
I have the auto with osmosis and the shotgun with both slideshot and surrounded and ever since I got them I rarely take them off
Not to be too picky, but demo was available for the seventh Seraph sidearm in season of the Worthy after Season of Dawn (one of my fav primaries). Do miss my demo/trench perfect paradoxes tho

@@DJMozart i could've sworn it was Vorpal but it might be Firing Line. I don't remember off the top of my head. I do know I've got an Outlaw Snapshot roll
People can tell me Adaptive Frame Autorifles aren't very good all they want, but they just feel so good in my hands. In pvp I use The Forward Path (4th Time + Iron Grip), in Gambit I use Monte Carlo, and in pve I tailor too much to say what I'm going to use, but that The Forward Path is in that rotation (it's so absurdly stable).
My favorite darkest before is sub & full auto trigger it’s fire in pvp also got the sub with rampage but not as good
seems you weighing pvp over pve just a tad but considering the Last Breath and Judgement roll demo and osmosis make them prime weapons for elemental well builds and events that have all 3 shields.
thats because these are mostly pvp oriented weapons.
I got a Darkest Before that rolled with Surplus and One for All. Thing shreads in PvE with its fat Extended Mag

The Darkest Before pulse rifle with its three stupidly distracting bright symbols just below the sights? I guess if they don't distract you it's good but for me, it seemed like almost every time I sighted down it, I would glance down for a millisecond at them first. I don't know what they were thinking with that design.

Don’t sleep on TD on shotguns. The increase to radar and handling take no activation when enemies are within 15m of you aka coming into shotgun range.

Wait I haven't been doing this as I heard that weapons will only drop if you've had them before. I was playing when trials of the 9 was a thing but I never had Midas back then so I never got any of these. You mean I don't need to have played back then for these weapons?
I got the darkest before, but from trials I think way back, haven't been on in 2 years or so. Why can't I upgrade my weapon over 1060 power? That goes for all my legendary weapons/Armour
That AUTO & HAND CANNON with DEMO & OSMOSIS (with WELL BUILDS) is S-Tier 100% GET THEM!!! 4-7 well drops from 1 Grenade! +20 Damage increase + 50% nads and ability back

I agree with the sidearms' placement. I like sidarms in PvP...but there are MUCH better choices of sidearm out there.

Something people forget about autos (or probably just never realized to begin with) is that they have very high uptime... They have huge magazines and some of the best reload speeds in the game. They pretty much lose only to sidearms... but sidearms have tiny magazine sizes. They have a decent balance of range and dps, but the uptime is what sets them apart.
And how can you recommend Darkest Before over an auto in pve? Considering how low pulse rifle damage is?

Me n my team was running the pulse at first and slayed in trials on the first week we got 27 flaw jus using it😩😂
I did my 1st time with 2 buddy's and got the auto rifle , fire feeling was good
