Nice, now let's improve the look of the computers. It's not hard. Even out the screen to bezels and round the corners of the screen to match Google's rounded aesthetic. Google’s designs are colorful or dark gray and white, so use those colors instead of silver. Upgrade the screens-there's so much breakthrough technology, yet we're still stuck with low-grade LCDs. Google Chromebooks should look more like the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio or the new iPads: basic, simple designs with likable features. Right now, Chromebooks look like they're from 2009. You never even used a modern chromebook before. They have those new chromebook plus which are supposed to be faster. If you don't like underpowered hardware but like chrome os and also don't want to buy a Chromebook plus which offers more performance compared to a normal chromebook, you can download chrome os flex on your Windows laptop. Chrome OS is useful for light based browser tasks and is cheap and affordable, so I don't see the reason why not to buy it if you actually only use a browser on a computer. Also, chromebooks are way faster than a 2008 laptop. Just because they come with 4GBs of RAM doesn't mean their processor is inherently worse than a 2008 laptop, and GPU will always be worse because you get what you get. It's not like I'll ever switch to Chrome OS as a daily driver or any of their chromebooks.
