One of your biggest fans here in South Africa sadly passed away on 26 May due to Covid and the complications that arose from 3 weeks in icu. Two weeks she was sedated and her lungs would just not recover so she could be taken of the oxygen. Her heart eventually gave up on Wednesday 1am. Antoinette was a very dear friend to me and an angel on this planet. She spent her life doing good for others and helping everyone in need that was struggling in life spiritually, emotionally and financially.She would always let me know of your newest upload (I could here the excitement in her voice) and call me the same evening to chat about your latest episode. She will be missed so much by me. Thankyou Mr and Mrs A for been there for her and me for the past few years.

Camper van and dirtbike = even more freedom ;) Just did a test fit of my own KTM 500 dirtbike to make sure it will fit under the bed of my Ford Transit moving van with lifting backdoor (perfect for loading / unloading the bike). I am making the van into a stealth camper with garage under bed :) I used to have a 2007 Yamaha WR450f. It did not have footpads for passengers and was dangerous to drive with passengers because it could not handle the weight at all (sank way to low in the rear and was uncontrollable on the road). Interesting to see that the new WR250 can take passengers. My 2019 KTM500 is just like my old, WR450 not made at all to handle any passengers.

Yay, it must be bike season. My husband just bought a bike a couple weeks ago too. It's been about 7 years since his last so he's super excited too!! Be careful and always wear those helmets!!!

Yes although i check all the locks in the van as we start driving ... very often we have to go in the back because we forgot something. Happily only 1 time our fridge..... i it's such a mess with all the yoghurt and butter🤩. For our 2 bikes we have also a rack that swings out. Very handy! Enjoy your vanlife🥰

a couple of things to guard the bike, first the between the fork and the frame, there should be a hole ot tap to install a lock, most bike have one, if not weld one in, use a s/s lock a donut block, its a round security lock with a round key lock, harbor freight, . when loading the bike on the back or front of the van, use tie straps on the front forks, 2 each, and 2 rear, but there s trick , install a strap over the bike to the outside of the frame and connect the other hook to the top rack , use a ratchet type strap to help on the load carrying of the bike on the square hitch. it stops rattle noises, and secures the bike on tight. enjoy the bike.
I have owned a lot of dual-sports and you made a great choice with that Yamaha. Will really enhance your mobility. No wheelies with Brittany on the back. Now baby Spirit needs a name.

The fuel availability and price hikes are often a problem in that part of Florida. I think you were riding on my favorite road in Navarre!?! I used to call it “the Beach Road”(between Navarre and Pensacola). The video says”Nazarre”, but I’m guessing you meant “Navarre”, aka, Florida’s best kept secret 😆

Motorbike: At 60 y/o I rode pillion from Saigon (Ho Chih Min) to Hanoi in Vietnam with many fantastic stops in between. A wild adventure that I could never have done on my own.

Well played with the new moto, those WR's are rock solid and should provide drama free usage. The only reason we have a van is to support the moto habit, we travel all over the US searching for the best trails. (I did a hauler vid if interested cause ours is pretty trick) If you're in Idaho this summer hit us up for some trail riding. We'll also be at the Teton Balloon Rally a super cool 4th of July event in Driggs which is also home to some good back country exploration. Thanks for sharing the vid and congrats!
awesome purchase! i have the exact same moto. currently i keep mine inside the van, because i don't like the hitch options for a promaster. I used to use a hitch carrier for my little truck. i would recommend a full time rear camera to keep an eye on it (i forgot if you guys have one or not). enjoy! let me know if you want to be Wr250R friends!! lol.
Yes that was scary. Reminded me when I was with my van in Finland for a month and had to go out to pee in the middle of a thunderstorm. It felt very strange and all around me the bushes near made a sound like when you are tearing paper. Later I read that means corona discharge because of things near you are charged up with electricity and if you hear that get away from there asap as the next thing that happens is lighting strike. And so it did very near...

This reminds me of my visit to Santa Rosa island in Florida. I did a video and got some cool drone footage... I had to make sure we were out of the national park but it looks just like where your video was taken. 😮😮 it was a long skinny island

Well played with the new moto, those WR's are rock solid and should provide drama free usage. The only reason we have a van is to support the moto habit, we travel all over the US searching for the best trails. (I did a hauler vid if interested cause ours is pretty trick) If you're in Idaho this summer hit us up for some trail riding. We'll also be at the Teton Balloon Rally a super cool 4th of July event in Driggs which is also home to some good back country exploration. Thanks for sharing the vid and congrats!

awesome purchase! i have the exact same moto. currently i keep mine inside the van, because i don't like the hitch options for a promaster. I used to use a hitch carrier for my little truck. i would recommend a full time rear camera to keep an eye on it (i forgot if you guys have one or not).

Yes that was scary. Reminded me when I was with my van in Finland for a month and had to go out to pee in the middle of a thunderstorm. It felt very strange and all around me the bushes near made a sound like when you are tearing paper. Later I read that means corona discharge because of things near you are charged up with electricity and if you hear that get away from there asap as the next thing that happens is lighting strike. And so it did very near...

Smart move getting a motorcycle. Both of you need a backup plan in case you get stuck or need an escape.
First off I like the same stuff he does hahaha. Second my wife agreed, he got board, bike, etc. Maybe a single camper trailer? Fold out rack/awning, you can exercise on/with? Have extra diesel stored in it, and etc.
