Help Us Restore Engine 51 Part 2

The County of Los Angeles Fire Museum is calling all Emergency TV show fans. Help us discover the details so we can restore Engine 51 to perfection. In part 2 take a tour of the interior and the compartments of the Engine today. Note what is missing, and what we need to do, and let us know. Become a part of the restoration. Thank you for the info on Engine 51. I realize that this might have been suggested before, but has anyone talked to Mike Stoker about what was on the engine?? Since after all, Engine 51 is his rig and he went to pick it up from LaFrance & being it to LA.

2. Ladder had white painted tip on one side and black painted tip on the other

the black drug box was only carried in squad 51, but the engine may have carried one and was used as a first aid box!!! Engine 51 also carried the helmets onboard and the turnout coats!!!!

I think there was only a couple of shots in which Capt. Stanley was in the cab on the radio, and that was in the episode _Snakebite_.

Engine 51 did not carry a *paramedic* drug box, only 0xygen and a different colored tackle box (first aid),

hose lays left side the 1 and 1/2 had the gated wye . most fire engines have a plastic gas can chainsaw and float pump near monitoron side of jump seats where one scba for the firefighters

on the passenger side first compartment on the show emergency i noticed from my show collection dvds thats where the captains scba and i think on the driverside first compartment was the drivers scba stored

Engine 51 had a GE master II radio inside!!!

Originally it only had three spot lights at the rear, one flashing yellow and two clear spots, in this video it has four spot lights.

@ 3:45 that compartment did have the BA's in it, as well as in front of the jump seats on that wall there. I think it was in season six one of the episodes showed Capt Stanley putting a BA in that compartment.

compartments 2 and 4 did hold hose nozzles and stuff like that
