Beautiful editing job Brad. Sorry your weekend went downhill after this but I’m glad you got plenty of smiles in beforehand. Next time I’m switching to team Green Mountain! 🙂
Two of my favorite channels together! Oh and Jason I still haven't forgotten about that V nickel you found... you know the one. Did you ever get that professionally looked at? Like a real professional?
Know-how and quality equipment (which I know isn't cheap) makes all the difference in metal detecting videos. I have misophonia so I especially have a limit to how much wind-blown mic's and extensive pinpointer beeping I can stand. By the way, IDK if you guys have ever tried a Dr. Otek pinpointer but I LOVE mine; it doesn't beep but vibrates and has a 3-color light indicator to show how hot or cold you are to the target -and they're not expensive! Anyway, this video was great, you showed a great ratio of trash and treasure, and I loved the point system competition.
This was such a fun contest to watch. It is amazing how different you look healthy and then after wards when you have Covid. Hope you and your wife are now healthy and the family member that was so ill is well also.
When I was a kid, before the use of pesticides and herbicides, we burned our fields every year before planting. Probably much better for the environment. Enjoyed the video. 😊
@@terryarchibald2467 Not the smart ones. Look at Greg Judy videos explaining how it damages the soil by taking out all the usable carbon. Usable meaning the worms can't use it to build and store the carbon in the soil. Burning the hair off your dog with a blow torch to kill the parasites seems like a good idea, right?
We burned our fields in the spring just before plowing. Years back when plowing was done by horse we would joke about how you empty your pockets before you go or the plow will empty them after you leave. I lost a few coins out in in field.
This is the best collaboration. I've watched both of your channels for several years. Jason seems like the kind of guy would would make any activity fun.
Love seeing all you folks from all across the country come together as brothers and sisters of thos great nation and enjoy each other's company and having a good time. Thanks for the sharing.
Two of my favorite RUclips channel’s together what more could we ask for. Jason is so funny and genuinely enjoys helping others with metal detecting. He is the first person I reached out to for help when I was trying to choose a new detector when I was trying to get more serious about the hobby. He responded immediately and was such a big help. Great job Brad sorry your trip took a turn for the worst after this day. Hope you are feeling better.
What a fun time and thanks for posting and sharing your adventure with us Brad. Got to get myself to one of these hunts in the future and join in on the detecting good times! Mike in sunny Florida
I am enjoying the laughter. I put a ten dollar bill in the quarter machine at the laundry mat changer last Monday. I got real new coins that I collect and a few 1960's that I collect. On my desk in front of me is a shiney USA 1976 quarter: I save for my old age. Just over 61 today. I am glad to see people in America having fun.
I swear, I'm NOT a 'reality TV gameshow' type entertainment fan, and I know yall were doing this kind of tongue-in-cheek, but seriously, I would watch every single episode of a points-based metal detecting competition show. LOVED THIS.
How cool... Such a cool video and time to have you and the quarter hoarder together. Cracks me up with his good old-fashioned dig off.. You guys are so much fun to watch.
It's definitely a fun way to search for treasure. Jason's enthusiasm is very entertaining. Hope everyone has recovered entirely w/o any residual effects.
This is just so awesome. You all are bringing so much excitement to the sport and one day I would love to join you all. God bless and thanks for sharing Brad.
Digstock was awesome!!! I’m glad you’re feeling better and didn’t get a chance to say hi but this video is a realistic depiction of the event. Lots of targets, not all of which were amazing but there were very desirable finds with enough hard work!!! Thank you for keeping your channel as outstanding as it is and hope to see you next time!
It was a pleasure to meet you. Glad you had a good day before you got sick and had to go home. Way to represent with the D2. That cut seated dime is the most bizarre thing I have ever seen.
Ah, ok, it was the cut dime that you found as I walked by. Strange, but still cool that someone would cut change from a dime. That field was a good one for me. I tried not to be in the way of you guys all filming. But it was really cool being able to watch you guys all recording for your channels. A special treat that you guys all teamed up, and the game was fun to watch. Sorry that your trip went south for you afterward.
Great game you all done. Awesome you all found great things. The point system is awesome. Great to see you and can't wait until the next game you all do together. Thanks Brad
So cool to see Jason, Doug, Rick and Brandon. I’ve watched all of them dig for treasure. Looks like you had a really amazing time with your digging friends.
HEY BRAD, I LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA. USE TO DO QUITE A BIT OF METAL DETECTING BACK IN THE DAY. IT JUST GOT TO THE POINT THAT NO ONE WOULD LET ME SEARCH THERE PROPERTY SO I FINALLY GAVE IT UP. FOUND YOUR CHANNEL A FEW WEEKS AGO AND REALLY ENJOY THE CONTENT. THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE YOU A SHOUTOUT. KEEP DIGGING AND GOD BLESS. 😊😊😊😊😊
Both your and Jason's versions of events were amusing to watch. Well done. The cut Seated is epic. Bummer I couldn't make it, as I live an hour or so west of there. Get Well. HH
Great video Brad, I loved the competition with Jason. Very fun video to watch 😊 Congrats on all the finds. I once found a half of a IHP 🤔 guess that just makes it a half cent 😉 HH and take care 🙂
Hope you and the family are well. Loved this video. Seeing yours and Jason's videos and the contest you won was alot of fun. Congrats on winning the circle challenge. Loved the cut Seated Dime. Never seen that before. Take Care Brad
The last thing that you found was used to keep shutters open against the house, another part of it was attached to the shutters some times a short copper wire was used.
Excellent video! I’m sorry you were sick. I did learn something, I didn’t know about the raised letters versus indented letters on the back of Civil War buttons.
A few years ago in Louisiana, I found a cut (half) seated half dime. I was told that bar drinks during that time were 2.5 cents and that's why a half dime was cut. It could be the same reason yours was quartered. Anyway, great video 🙂👍
Beautiful editing job Brad. Sorry your weekend went downhill after this but I’m glad you got plenty of smiles in beforehand. Next time I’m switching to team Green Mountain! 🙂
Brad, great match to Tuesdays show from the QH.
Two of my favorite channels together!

Y'all all gave us viewers a lot of smiles...thanks for the hunt
As always the production value is off the charts good Brad. Superimposing the cut dime over the whole dime was awesome
I LOVED this collab with Quarter Hoarder and company! Great finds, great people, great fun. Truly awesome.
This was such a fun contest to watch. It is amazing how different you look healthy and then after wards when you have Covid. Hope you and your wife are now healthy and the family member that was so ill is well also.
Jason is special. I have been watching him for years.
When I was a kid, before the use of pesticides and herbicides, we burned our fields every year before planting. Probably much better for the environment. Enjoyed the video. 😊
We burned in the fall to make for better sledding and then turned it under for fertilizer in spring.
Farmers in Kansas, Missouri and parts of Illinois still burn off their fields.

We burned our cow pastures in fall burned the weeds and in two weeks we had excellent pastures in Florida.

The laughter is infectious, “one of us is a treasure hunter and one of us is hunting for treasure” classic! Welcome to South North Carolina
Brad, looks like you were in pretty good company. I feel badly that your trip was cut short and sincerely hope everyone involved has recovered.
I loved the competition aspect of the hunt! You all found some great relics of days' past. Thanks for letting us share in your fun time! 😀
Looks like so much fun. Thank you for sharing
My two favorite detecting channels joining forces. This was great. Truly enjoyed the chemistry and comradery. This NE girl says 10 out of 10🔟
It's good to see the comrade. With green mountain, quarter hoarder and antique archeology in the battle royal.
What a fun time and thanks for posting and sharing your adventure with us Brad. Got to get myself to one of these hunts in the future and join in on the detecting good times! Mike in sunny Florida
Way to go Brad, how fun to have a contest with the Quarter Horders! Enjoyed watching! Hope you are feeling much better!

How have you ever managed an intro without Jason? Great collaboration makes even memorials fun to watch.
Loved it, "The rules may change as I forget them." And my dog jumped up from her sleeping spot at Brads whistle.
It's definitely a fun way to search for treasure. Jason's enthusiasm is very entertaining. Hope everyone has recovered entirely w/o any residual effects.
I love it when you quarter hoarder get together. My two favorite diggers in one place. Yeah!

That is as a fun watch for me . Made me want to get in the mix myself.
A few years ago in Louisiana, I found a cut (half) seated half dime. I was told that bar drinks during that time were 2.5 cents and that's why a half dime was cut. It could be the same reason yours was quartered. Anyway, great video 🙂👍
Fun competition, boys 😎👍🏼
