Pac wasn't using no damn voice machine. He was using studio equipment. That was him doing all that with his voice, not no damn machine. He put an effect on his voice when he did his Soulja voice like he did in the first verse in Soulja story & that's it. Other than that, he laid vocals and doubled or tripled them. There's Literal studio footage & footage of him performing. That was his voice, not no damn machine. Stop making shit up.
