- Russia has imposed a "counter-terrorism operation" regime in three regions to try to halt a surprise cross-border incursion by Ukrainian troops.
The authorities in the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions on the border with Ukraine now can restrict the movement of people and vehicles and use phone tapping among other measures.
This comes as the Ukrainian offensive into the Kursk region is now in its fifth day. Kyiv has not openly admitted the incursion.
The UN nuclear agency has urged Russia and Ukraine to exercise "maximum restraint" as fighting nears a nuclear power plant.

Ukraine has been in counterterror mode since Feb 2022. The difference being, Ukraine's actually facing terrorists, while if Russia was, they'd be fighting themselves.

The Ukrainian army is liberating the Kursk People's Republic from the Neo Nazi Moscow regime, I think they should occupy governmental positions in Kursk where they will hold a referendum to assimilate Kursk into Ukraine. As i've learnt from an article, all the Nukes which Ukraine gave up, they didn't hold the code to launch any of them. But in my opinions, Ukraine would be provided nukes to stop this war immediately. Even they take back Crimea and lose a part of their east side.

I had a dream last night that Ukraine advanced all the way to Moscow taking prisoners along the way. The Russian army put up little resistance and some switched sides. In the end Putin and anyone associated with him were arrested and control of the government was given back to the Russian people. It’s just a dream but I wanted to share. Keep hope alive 🙏
