Dear Rachel the good thing is that there is something you can use to fix the problem 🙏. As far as feeling old, don’t worry you look beautiful and young, your personality is amazingly wonderful. Plus your cooking is delicious. Thanks to you I bought a molcajete to follow your great recipes. I’m 75 years old, ( never learn how to cook, my husband was a great cook) but believe me even with my arthritis and back problems, I don’t feel old😊. I got that from my dad who lived 105 years.🙏😊

I followed the recipe exactly but left out the cilantro because I'm not a fan. I buttered my corn tortillas and joined you during the taste test. The chipotles take it over the top and the flavor is delicious! I would not suggest leaving them out for anyone trying this recipe unless they don't like a little heat.
