I can’t wait for them to realize dlc characters I hope the horror guest character they put pennywise the clown from IT and also possibly Michal Myers. For action I want them to put GI joe and for sci fi i want them to put ghost busters. But supposedly there is rumor that homelander from the tv show the boys is going to be dlc in mortal kombat.
And the fact they just enhanced their outfits from the last game and didn’t drastically change it, is so nice. I’m glad they’re in heels and look INCREDIDLE

The fact that Fire God Liu Kang re-write history and made Kitana & Mileena allies, let alone made Sub-Zero & Scorpion brothers, was a chad move imo. P.S. loved your reaction to the MK1 video.
So just from the select screen intros, it seems like they're resetting the story so that we can explore the beginning of all these rivalries from the beginning. I love that, it's like back to basics! I also love the new take on the "living forest" stage. Seems like we're not getting all these dark and muted colors anymore, it's going to be a bit more bright. So happy that Edenia is a real existing realm again. Hopefully this means that maybe Kitana has Jade on her side as a wing woman and Mileena has Rain as hers. I just love the Edenians. So excited for all of this.
Just checking out your older vids reliving the hype! I have been out of the MK loop for years and this is the best time to come back! Sooo hype right now!
A few things I learned from watching this reaction: -Supers and their activations are straight out of Injustice 2, right down to the Super Flash -Assist system looks dope, neutral jump 1 bounces are back, game is more combo focused -Kameo characters can be offensive and defensive, and seemingly replace breakaways -There are 2 versions of Kenshi: one where he looks at the opponent, and one where he doesn't -That blade Kung Lao throws at Sub Zero is the same one Kung Jin threw in his 3rd Variation -Raiden is the student, while Liu Kang is the master. Raiden and Liu Kang switched roles -Kitana and Mileena acknowledge each other as sisters, with Kitana generally caring for her -The Lin Kuei and Shirai Ryu outfits looks almost exactly the same, save for the masks -I love the way Losty says Goro
My guess is that this is a timeline where Shao Khan passes the throne down to Mileena but Kitana is still on their side and probably would try to get recruited by Raiden
Seems the timeline will place Mileena as ruler? Potentially? Or maybe Sindel is ruling? But I hope to see Kitana & Mileena as sisters with Jade being part of the timeline (hoping for Tanya to make a return).

Faces were too round and childish in my opinion they look a lot more appealing and original in this game the masks are also on so its too early to judge.

I thought they were stunning in my opinion. especially Jade’s. I just love the look of all those luxurious fabrics detailed with the intricate and somewhat gaudy (in the best way) armor pieces. to me, it’s giving Versace meets Outworld lol. can’t wait to see more. i love the fashion that MK brings 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 also, they made Sub Zero and Scorpion extra attractive in this one sheesh lol

Wow the stages and fighting looks good. Especially the cameo fighters added into it! Still a lil bit on the fence about the actual game play graphics but we have time to see if that improves. The 1st trailer looked so beautiful. So I'm hoping its closer to that again.
