COP29: Strengthening Agri-food systems - Opportunities to fast track NDC implementation goals

The event will explore how agri-food systems can support NDC targets in Africa, given the critical role of small-scale farmers, who produce over 70% of the continent’s food supply. Through the sharing of experiences, we aim to discuss locally led approaches to climate resilience, focusing on topics like agri-technology transfer, mobilizing climate finance, green reskilling, and digital solutions to accelerate NDC implementation.
