I basically watched the majority of the stream and it was to my understanding that they both bought in with $10 k each to start, and there goal was to try to pay off Dana Whites $500k marker or debt that he had racked up. So in the beginning both Taylor and Steve are holding there own and coming up, then Steve starts tanking or losing and as Taylor’s winning instead of letting Steve buy in with more of his own money he starts throwing Steve chips to keep him from going into his bank roll. Eventually The tables turn and instead of Taylor being the one winning He’s barely staying afloat, as Steve starts to come up he never throws Taylor any chips cuz Taylor is still afloat, long story short They get to this final point where steve has like $300k and Taylor has like $149k. Steve then tells Taylor let’s pay off $300k, Taylor says let’s just go all the way but when steve said that he was still basically gonna match the $149k with Taylor and put up $151k to put it at $300k. which would have took Taylor’s whole bankroll. It looked like he was gonna bless Taylor with some extra chips but before that happens Taylor says let’s just go all the way. Then they pull the money back and decide to go for the whole payoff, they end up winning the final hands, Steve wins both hands, one is a double down, the other a regular hand and Taylor loses one hand but wins a double down hand.. At that moment Steve stacks a bunch of the red chips into one hand as they are getting paid out. During this emotional high that they are on you can see Steve grab the red chips from one hand and then it look like he takes a portion of them( this is where I could be wrong) and puts some away into his right pants pocket because everyone is going nuts at that time.. then when it’s time for the payout it’s like Taylor put all of his chips up and Steve essentially hoarded some away(which is what it appears to me).. I’m not saying he’s a bad guy for this I was just more trying to point out what it looked like to me.. I’m sure Steve on another night would throw Taylor right back into the game if he was up massive, I was just saying what my eyes and the game was seeing, and I could be blind, lol..
