To be honest i have a feeling this drama will receive many negative feedbacks and will not be as well as expected. Tasha is good but I feel this role could be too big for her.
Watch the drama first before jumping to conclusion😅
Besides, Tasha acted very well in her drama roles. I think she can succeed the role well. She also has the look of the lead little Nyonya
It will receive many negative feedback, not because of Tasha's acting but because people are going to say that Mediacorp is reusing old dramas and scripts due to lack of originality.
@Flower-m5n But they are not going to reuse old scripts..if you read the drama synopsis, the characters and story are different from the first one. Only 1 character continues from the 1st one and that is Yue Niang's adopted son. Even if the drama is premised around the Nyonya/Peranakan culture, it will not be exactly the same. And I think that with the rich culture and heritage of Peranakan culture, it warrants another drama with it as a central theme.
