Marsha congratulation on your new channel. Marsha next time buy the mackerel in brine which is easier to debone. Remember to always wash the can before opening it. The can mackerel most Jamaicans dont take the bones out, unless its salt mackerel. Every one cook differently, usually the plantain is soaked in salted water, then pat dry, then fry. You can get a dutch pot which is better to fry the plantain. I wish you all the best, as you go on your journey. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.

Marsha, I see you're making use of "Ole Flashout," aka Tin Mackerel and Platanos. There's nothing like adding all those vegetables filled with Beta Carotene. A most sumptuous dish!
    Great job 🙏🏿.
