7:45 I own that Impact wrench, bought it around 2 years ago when it came out at $169. I have used and abused it almost everyday. The LEDs were the first thing to break. The 4 screws that hold the metal head to the body all loosened up, I just retightened them. It's fallen off the workbench and car lift dozens of times. It hasn't stopped working yet. The two batteries I bought with it are what have started to fail, the charge doesn't last as long as when they were new. Not bad for two years. It is the perfect impact for the working on your own vehicle. When people see me using it, I have them try it themselves. I recommend it to everybody. Is it the strongest? No. Is it the smallest and lightest? No. But that's what makes it so good. It has enough power to do what you want it to do, without it getting you into trouble. Its a brushless HP but I use the normal 4Ah batteries, because I don't care about power when using it. No worries of over tightening nuts and bolts with this impact. You have to willingly and forcefully go out of your way to strip nuts and bolts when using it. If that's the case, you probably shouldn't be using tools in the first place. If you care about power buy the Milwaukee or Snap-on, I own both of those too. The Milwaukee starts at $249 tool only, 2 batteries a 2Ah and 5Ah and a charger are $199. Or $279 for the kit that comes with the tool, two 5Ah batteries, a charger and a case. The Snap-On is $616 for the tool only, $216 each 5Ah battery. Or $1099 for the Kit that comes with the tool, two 5Ah batteries and a charger. For a tool you might only use once or twice a month when you work on your own car, the Ryobi is worth it. If you use the "HACK" the impact goes from $189 to $97. That's great if you already have Ryobi batteries because it works with any of the batteries, HP or not.
That P262 was my first mid-torque and got me through a lot! I’ve since opened a body shop and work with a Kustoms/fab shop so I had to upgrade, but my dad still uses it constantly. If I weren’t in the rust belt, it would probably still be in my arsenal.
Ryobi days!!! Picked up the brushless blower and 3 battery pack last year, that thing is a beast and perfect for my tiny yard. Probably will get the brushless car vac this year. In prior years I've grabbed the 1/2" impact wrench, tire inflators, yard sprayer, angle grinder. I've never invested so much into a cordless system before and it's all because of this sale, wouldn't have looked at Ryobi otherwise. I bought a couple Milwaukee drills like 15 years ago and never bought any additional cordless Milwaukee stuff because the batteries are so dang pricey. Then I found Ryobi days when I was looking for a cordless inflator to stash in my '73 Beetle, now I'm hooked.
Had to run to Home Depot today tonight for a few things, like right at closing, and the section where the Ryobi tools is had a couple pallets next to it. Looks like Ryobi Days hits Orlando tomorrow.
The Ryobi cut off wheel tool is great - my son uses it all the time for his high school robotics team - the included wheels are good quality too and seemed to last a long time cutting light steel, aluminum, and threaded rod. In contrast the non-brushless angle grinder is only decent for very short / light tasks - if you need one for more continuous duty go for another brand, the brushless or corded.
The fact that the $99 deal has tools included that's above $99 is amazing. For the past few years they wouldn't make any tool available if its above $89. I dont think I want any of the tools available since none are on my bucket list, but it doesn't mean I'm not gonna check it out. Thanks for the video Jeff👍
Thank for the info. I just bought me a boat load of the 4ah batteries and fans using this special, I picked up the 3 battery combo and a chain saw using your info to add to my collection. Thanks
Then Den of Tools.. I have the 1/2 high torque impact, 3/8 & 1/4 extended ratchets, hammer drill, small circular saw, jig saw, Impact driver and I have to say they work great. Mother-in-law bought me the brushed drill, impact driver, 2 batteries and a charger 3 years ago when my Matco cordless tools took a dump. I really wanted to hate on the Ryobi stuff but everytime a get a new brushless tool I like them even more.. I mean I even purposely dropped the brushed impact driver off a ladder several times about 22 feet in the air to break it so I would I have an excuse to buy a different brand.. The first drop was an accident, the other 3 times not so much. The dang thing didn't break!! That's what lead me to buy more. I also have some Milwaukee tools to and the Ryobi is just as good.
Never had to return a Ryobi tool, and after using them for many years, I've only managed to wear out one 3/8" drill - it still works, but under heavy load - like trying to drill a large hole in hard metal - it will stop turning sometimes and make a loud screehing noise. But for drilling in wood and driving most screws it still works fine. I have over a dozen Ryobi tools and use them all day, every day as a professional handyman/mechanic. I usually wait for sales like this before buying, but have purchased a couple used online and even those still work great. Last purchase was a 1/2" impact wrench a in 2020, so not sure if the tools today are same quality, but the ones I have are very good.
Iv been using HF’s same cheapest tools for years (got me through fine) Got drill chargin now. Been looking for months n got the $ and i finally talked myself out of milwaukee n im goin for a whole line of tools, im a lawn guy to so ryobi is gona take the cake n im pullin the trigger 🎉
Love the wet/dry canister. Had it for a year or so and it has been really useful. Not going to run like a full sized corded unit but for doing the truck cab/bed, cobweb duty, or cleaning ash out of grill/firepit it is very handy.
For the hack, the item has to be returned in store. Another option is to select pickup in-store for the item you're returning, but never pick it up. It will auto-return after some time.
Thanks for letting me know, I grabbed a bunch of batteries and a pair of speakers. The speakers didnt connect at first.. but then they did, and now they connect every time, and to each other, and volume control on one changes the other, which is a feature I like.
I have all their brushed stuff so it’s time for me to upgrade. The router isn’t bad but I really need a corded one. Ngl I used the router to make 4 Adirondack chairs and with a 4Ah battery it still had half the battery left when done. I rand a chamfer on almost every edge for each piece lol. I need a light, bug zapper and another set of drills and drivers. The 7 1/4 circ saw is amazing and that is the only brushless I own. I turned it into a track saw that plunges and it’s perfect. Thanks for the hack info as that might help me out with getting more brushless tool. You’re amazing and keep it up!
I own some Ryobi. Not bad. I beat them up. They work ok. The circ wet saw bailed me out a few times. The HD 1/2” brushless Impact is strong. I prefer Milwaukee, Makita or DeWalt for about everything else. It seems every brand has their strong tools and not so good tools. I try to pick what’s best for me from each brand. But that’s just me. Good vid. Thank you.
That little 5 1/2 in saw is great. Get the blade for the purpose you want and you'll love it. I put a plywood blade on it to rip down and reuse old IKEA furniture and such. I picked it up for $26 some time back so didn't expect much.
I'm thinking of buying a ryobi kit for jov site use. Mostly a communinal set to leave available for my laborers when they need tools. For basic stuff assembly and punch list work. I feel they won't dissappear like the other brands.the basic drill and impact drivers are actually great tools for the money.
Ryobi tools will still walk but definitely not as fast as everyone's beloved Milwaukee. Not to mention the neon green is easier to spot when picking up.
Jeff, you are underselling the value of that low powered blower for shop use. I use it all the time, as it will blow sawdust off my work bench and out of my shop, without blowing everything else off the table. It's definitely not an yard work blower, but it is outstanding for indoor use
i got the lower level one+ 18v jigsaw, not the brushless, and WOW, it's impressive as all hell IME. But my old saw was a corded b&d from 20 some years ago that I never liked. it's way smoother to use, cuts much faster, love it!
I don't need any more HP batteries... I don't need any more HP batteries... But I just bought a third Super Charger because I had one extra battery laying around. Ugh. Also, I own that brushless grinder, it's a beast. I'm sure it's not quite heavy duty/worksite quality, but I used it with some cheap Harbor Freight discs to cut through some 1/4" mobile home frame steel (old homemade trailer my dad bought) and it just went through it like paper. Make sure you're only using the HP batteries and I recommend 6-9amp batteries. 4amp is good if you're doing small cuts.
You ain't lying when it come's to blades and as I feel the necessities to your tool's performance. None of these tool's no matter the name or color do the job without the bit's, blade's, etc.... 🔥⚡💯⚡🔥
I used to breakdown pallets with a hammer and/or hand saw. I got the hand held jig saw One+HP and it saves me hours of time on those pallets! Works first time, every time.
I recently bought the Ryobi cordless finish nailer and am very happy with it. I am liking the looks of that 4 position ratchet! I am finding more uses for something like that every day
The nailer was definitely worth it. Doing a bathroom reno that was all boards I was ready to nail by hand but that Brad nailer probably saved me 10 hours
After snapping 3 lugs. My 300lb me and a 1/2 breaker. Could not install replacements. So I purchased the 1/2 ryobi impact for $99 last month. It is very powerful + nice lights. Regret not making it ,one of my first of 20 plus tools.
Warning to other tradies. Both my hp jigsaw and hp sawzall blade quick release levers broke on me in less than a year remodeling houses. Good tools for the price but not when they break :/ the nailer is A+. Crappy lil 5 1/2in saws are great, don’t buy the soldering station it’s poop, do buy the Quietstrike, the impacts are good and cheap, hp sds is underpowered, the 3in cut off tool is amazing.
The hp grinder is great, router is very underpowered, hp 7 1/4 is ok. Planar is great. all my non brushless ryobi tools I started with 6 years ago died after semi frequent use. Now able to afford higher end tools but ryobi is a good entry point if u want to own a variety of tools and are budget conscious or poor like me. just know they won’t last forever.
I also cut a house in half with a corded sawzall back in my contracting/roofing days. Straight through the shingles down to the floorboards and we pulled away the terrible addition that wasn’t worth saving.
The way I figure, they're a corporate giant that makes it difficult to use warranties on tools and such. So I don't feel bad getting one over on them. If someone were to do this to a mom and pop store that is unethical, you know what they intended.
I love my brad nailer. I hope they put the framing hammer on sale here. I wouldn't ever consider the ratchet. I use my Makita tools for my side job, and Ryobi in my shop at home. Indont need any more chargers though.
I started with Ryobi for the finish and brad nailers. Love them. I also have Makita for my work but not afraid to break out the cordless brad gun to patch in baseboard, casings etc.
those 4.0 ah batteries are a good.. the problem i have is i have a drawer full of tools, milti charger filled with high capacity batteries. then about 4 extra smaller batteries. i want a belt sander.. do i pull the trigger? didn't see it on here anywhere but tools direct had a sale going on a blemished 18v pressure washer for $45. it's not quite a pressure washer but a lot more than a garden hose. perfect for vinyl siding and fences probably good for washing a car. gave it s good test run yesterday. not disappointed. went through 4's and a 3ah battery. good battery life on that tool. thinking that sale was 30% off the entire store.
Hammer drill vs. SDS drill: Hammer drill is better than nothing but we always use a Hilti Falcon SDS drill at work, I wouldn't have another hammer drill. Formfactor note: I think the long body SDS drills are the best way to go, it puts more mass in line with the drill bit.
The ryobi angle grinder is why I bought Makita tools for work. I’ve got blue ryobi that’s 30 years old and still work. But they fail me when working with 1/4” steel.
I am leaning this way too. I had plans to spend money on some speakers for my shop, but this seems like a much easier way to go. I'm waiting to see a good review before buying.
The $100 battery starter kit can't be ordered online for pickup, even though it is in stock. I am not going to the store and waiting an hour to find somebody to unlock it. It also now wants to charge $8 for delivery. FU Home Depot.
Was looking at the Extended Reach Ratchet, however, the form factor, plus the weight was a no go for me. I'm just a DIYer, so the Hercules remains in the running. Jeff, thanks for the info.
I just ordered the 2 4ah batts with the hand held belt sander it came to $65 for the sander AND $34 FOR THE 2 BATTERIES!!! And I had a loyalty reward of $50 so I paid $50 for both...
I went today and was able to purchase the battery kit (bought 2 of them) and the impact wrench and a brad nailer. On top of that, they also applied a Military discount.
bought me 3x $99 batteries and 1x $199 bundle with the free tools...this was such a dope deal, even better than black friday...worked out well as I have a portable fan and sleeping good at night after getting hit by typhoon mawar
Really hope they make a brushless version of the 1/2 in belt sander for removing spot welds in automotive repair work. The manufacturers want techs to use these types of sanders instead of cut off wheels, drill bits, or their methods on the spot welds. Techs do have access to compressed air, but not having the hose can be nice.
Hey, Jeff. I have the Ryobi 4v drill driver and it's my go-to tool for everyday stuff so of course they discontinued it. I understand they don't wanna step on their own tool line, but this pocket-size driver is the best. I'm currently pulling a hybrid battery apart and it's a great help. I would be dead without it. I think even the Bear would agree. Where is that guy lately?
Ok a couple things here - I tried to order but it won’t let you pick up the items before the 24th then tells you to make sure both items can be picked up today if you want them before after the 22nd, so even though there are plenty of 199 brushless battery sets at my local store I can’t go pick one up today and get this deal by ordering online, so I went to the store to see if I could get the sale and free item and NO it doesn’t start until next week.
The new HP multi tool is not my favorite. I love the way the blade attach verses the old one. The problem was with the switch. It was right on top and I was cutting holes in drywall over my head. By the time I finished the job, the tool was difficult to turn on and off. Drywall got down in the switch. Home Depot swapped it out for a new one. The small cutoff saw works well too. I have refused to buy other lines with different batteries for many years. I have even returned a few that was given as gifts. But that’s just me……..
I’m gonna get hounded for this but do you know anything about DEWALT days? I’m looking at the blower string trimmer combo kit. Maybe the hedge trimmer as well. Thanks man your the best. They had some good deals for Ryobi
Here's the deal, most of the people in this world don't have the money to support or justify multiple platforms. IMO it is a mistake to make the statement that because you do it they can find a way. I'm not saying it's a bad thing just a mistake. I don't believe in assumptions and I know better than to have the slightest in expectations of other's based on what I can do or have done. One of the best decision's I have made was when I was getting into modular tool's. I decided to invest in one platform and build my battery inventory double that of my tool inventory. I stayed stubborn at time's and firm in that decision for 2+ year's. I have noticed when I am doing a job I don't have any waisted time jumping platform's looking for tool's, charging battery's and dealing with accessory's and changing them out or the tool's to do so if applicable. This parallel's on my DIY and home job's. Time is the most valuable resource in this life, once spent it is gone for good. That is why I am posting this comment and spending my time. Just to give any the opportunity to understand both side's or balance to any circumstance/situation.
I'm with you on the hammer drill being obsolete. The first time I used an SDS rotary hammer it changed my life. Once since then I had to drill several holes into concrete and my SDS wasn't available so I used a hammer drill. That seared the old familiar pain into my brain! Rotary hammer all the way.
I have both, err, a hammer drill and a sds max rotary/demolition hammer anyway. The hammer drill easily does everything I’ve ever needed when it comes to drilling holes in concrete up to 3/4” or so. Beyond that, if you’re going to shell out the money for a bigger rotary hammer you might as well get a demo hammer that will do literally anything you could ever imagine when it comes to drilling or breaking/digging into concrete. I already have smooth shank masonry bits, why would I want to buy a new set for an sds drill? Btw, I rarely buy my ryobi tools “new” from HD, I’ve had fantastic luck with blemished or refurbs that are available for a fraction of the cost, so my brushless hp hammer drill was around $30 and has worked just fine for me for years now, and replaced my regular older drill driver. Fewer tools to deal with and covering a broader range of uses is a huge plus IMO 👍🏻
I’m kind of the opposite… I don’t see the need for just a drill driver, when a hammer drill is usually about $20 more. I definitely would use an sds over a hammer drill, but I also definitely would buy a hammer drill over just a drill driver due to the extra feature and bang for the buck for the extra $20. I’ve been in plenty of situations where I only had a drill driver and said “damn”, I need a hammer drill. I’ve never been in a situation where I had a hammer drill and said “damn”, I wish I had just a drill driver 😂
I have one of those Ryobi power ratchets and have to agree with you...totally useless. Too bulky to use in most situations and when you do find a situation where it fits, it doesn't have enough torque to actually be helpful. Waste of money at any price. I do want one of the brushless oscillating tools though, the quick change head is a huge timesaver.
Those speakers are intriguing. I would love a couple/few of those in my shop for listening to music with my iPhone. My only concern is that they may sound like listening to a speaker with a torn diaphragm.
I had just bought the 1/2in impact on the 10th and had not even used it yet when i saw this. so today i went back to HD and told them I wanted to return it and buy it again (insert confused look here) and then i explained I wanted the battery deal and they were like, "oh. OK, no problem" I also ended up getting the 2 battery pack and one of the leaf blowers. So in the end I spent $322 and got 5 batteries, the brushless impact and a leaf blower.
The finger sander is nice, and most of the other options are way pricier. With some 80 grit in there, it removes a lot of material quickly. It probably won't cut through a 2x4 as fast as the Makita but it will still probably do it.
I imagine one day Ryobi will transition to a better battery form factor. Having an adapter to operate the current tools with a stalk attachment might be a good way to not make them all still usable until one day all your Ryobis are replaced.
If they go to a form factor that's more similar to other brands, I feel like Ryobi will skyrocket in popularity. They can make adapters that convert new batteries to old tools, and old batteries to new ones no problem. Could even still sell the old design for a while, but just let people know that they're being phased out for a more modern form factor I feel like they could even retool the stalk design on the 18v batteries and make a line of 12v ones that would finally compete with Milwaukee. Absolutely nobody can touch Milwaukee's 12v form factor, nobody is as compact as their tube shape - But Ryobi is already halfway there lol. So many people cringe at Ryobi's batteries and would rather just go with another brand, all because of the bulky and awkward design...
Unfortunately lowes is killing the depot again but with dewalt buy a powerstack battery & charger normally $199 now $179 & get the $179 dewalt 3" cut off tool for free also again dewalt 1/4" 1700in lbs impact dcf840 with 2 batteries bag & charger where the depot has for the same price the dcf809 but only 1 battery bag & charger so it's a no brainer you get a newer model & a 2nd battery for same price so food for thought..
Keep an eye out theres always a sale on the 1/4" & 3/8ths extended ryobi ratchet's for $199 & free shipping i love em more the there standard length cause it puts the hugh battery that much further from the work area..
Just bought the hd brush less drill and the driver plus got the hd bl mini rip saw and the bottom roller box 2 small batt and charger 159.00 steel of a deal
“batteries on batteries”, 5/30/23, Bought 4 AH batteries + charger for $99. I had to ask sales person and they got the second set of batteries (no charger) out of a cage.
My local Home Depot has denied the return a handful of times when I tried returning the extra tool, so just be aware if you try, they may turn you away if they don't know how to do their job.
It started online last night. I grabbed the $199 batteries with the stick vac. Even though it says tool only… the stick vac they gave me came with a HO 4ah and charger 😬
Purchased 2 today based on the few videos that are available and I agree that the connectivity features and the clip work perfectly but the sound quality is very "meh" and with both of them full blast, it's a big let down. My $15 tiny no name bluetooth speakers are louder and sound better than these. I used the Versas for about 5 hours today in the backyard and garage and found myself constantly wanting and wishing there was more volume and kept having to relocate them closer to me so that I could hear them as I worked around my large yard which have no obstructions. Definitely not what I expected and returning them tomorrow.
I really wished they had the heat gun or inverter as the free tool, I already have 7 batteries.I would be at 9 and the only free tool for the standard stuff would be another pack of two batteries which would be 11. I'm sure it never hurts to have too many batteries though.
Is the router powerful enough for just rounding over edges? I have a full size dewalt just don't want to take it out of the router table for every little task.
I can’t seem to get the 4 batteries for $99 to work when adding to cart on my phone. I’ve tried adding the free tool set and the non-free tool set and it’s not giving me either set as the “free tool” at the discounted price.
HD CS is great, especially over the phone. I hacked a few sets when I was building out my tool collection by buying my tools online, having both items shipped to home delivery, then immediately called HD CS over the phone to have them cancel the item I didn’t want. They never question it, they know the deal. This saved me a lot of trips to return things in HD.
If you're a little bit handy and are using these tools, you should be able to turn the battery's into a non-consumable item. A little tac welder and you can be serious about your battery stock. 💯💯💯
bad thing about ryobi impacts is the socket collar. I have 2 both with the little socket collar broken. I want one, the only way is to mail the unit back to the factory for that 10 cent part....WHAT?

I got that battery kit with the impact wrench last year. Great deal! I'm glad to see they didn't raise the price on these deals this year.
Thank for the info. I just bought me a boat load of the 4ah batteries and fans using this special, I picked up the 3 battery combo and a chain saw using your info to add to my collection. Thanks
The Den of Tools.. I guess I need to get to Home Depot and check out the deals!! Thanks for sharing them with us.

I've cut 2" Maple with one of those 5½" Circular saws. Don't let its size fool ya. It will do it. Love how light and manageable it is.

But that’s just me. Good vid. Thank you.
I was in home depot in Mayfield Ohio yesterday 10/25 and was able to get in on the Ryobi Days deal
I have a basic Ryobi blower just for this purpose.
i got the lower level one+ 18v jigsaw, not the brushless, and WOW, it's impressive as all hell IME.
Where is da Bear?? After this I might have to change my cordless system.
I love this time of year! The weather is fantastic and there are tool sales everywhere. Woohoo!
I've been really glad to have that rotary tool and used it several times but dang is it gutless! Not for hard /dense materials at all.
I cant believe people have actually said it was unethical doing the free tool hack
The way I figure, they're a corporate giant that makes it difficult to use warranties on tools and such. So I don't feel bad getting one over on them. If someone were to do this to a mom and pop store that is unethical, you know what they intended.
I dont even think its a completly free tool, you just get a lower price once you return the batteries, right?
It is unethical. The point of the purchase agreement is to buy the tool.
@@randomvideosn0where 😅
@@markflo2842 exactly. The receipt tells you the return value of each item. So a regularly priced item of $199 would come out to $99.50 plus tax.
Bought a house in March and been waiting for a decent Brad nailer deal, thanks!
My military discount stacks on this so the $99 deal is $89.10 and the $199 is $179.10 - Can't beat that
You guys deserve it! Thank you for your service! 👍🇺🇸
those 4.0 ah batteries are a good.. the problem i have is i have a drawer full of tools, milti charger filled with high capacity batteries. then about 4 extra smaller batteries. i want a belt sander.. do i pull the trigger? didn't see it on here anywhere but tools direct had a sale going on a blemished 18v pressure washer for $45. it's not quite a pressure washer but a lot more than a garden hose. perfect for vinyl siding and fences probably good for washing a car. gave it s good test run yesterday. not disappointed. went through 4's and a 3ah battery. good battery life on that tool. thinking that sale was 30% off the entire store.
Hammer drill vs. SDS drill:
Hammer drill is better than nothing but we always use a Hilti Falcon SDS drill at work, I wouldn't have another hammer drill.
Formfactor note:
I think the long body SDS drills are the best way to go, it puts more mass in line with the drill bit.
The ryobi angle grinder is why I bought Makita tools for work. I’ve got blue ryobi that’s 30 years old and still work. But they fail me when working with 1/4” steel.
Best buy I see is those 4.0 ah batteries. Not really blown away with any of the sale prices. Hope they roll out some better deals as Ryobi Days go on.
I am not sure why exactly, but I am super excited to get those speakers.
FU Home Depot.
picked up the planer and the trim router... really excited to get my tools
I have had good work with the 3" mini saw. It works good.
I bought 2 battery sets one with the impact wrench and one with the circ saw. returned one battery. might return the other. have not decided yet
I use my hammer drill as my primary drill/driver. It works great! I do need something to break up concrete though.
@@piezoman79 Where do you get blemished/refurb?
I have one of those Ryobi power ratchets and have to agree with you...totally useless. Too bulky to use in most situations and when you do find a situation where it fits, it doesn't have enough torque to actually be helpful. Waste of money at any price. I do want one of the brushless oscillating tools though, the quick change head is a huge timesaver.
Those speakers are intriguing. I would love a couple/few of those in my shop for listening to music with my iPhone. My only concern is that they may sound like listening to a speaker with a torn diaphragm.
looking for the brushless angle grinder. Do you think that will be on sale?
I had just bought the 1/2in impact on the 10th and had not even used it yet when i saw this. so today i went back to HD and told them I wanted to return it and buy it again (insert confused look here) and then i explained I wanted the battery deal and they were like, "oh. OK, no problem" I also ended up getting the 2 battery pack and one of the leaf blowers. So in the end I spent $322 and got 5 batteries, the brushless impact and a leaf blower.
Can you get an HP tool with the battery deal?
The finger sander is nice, and most of the other options are way pricier. With some 80 grit in there, it removes a lot of material quickly. It probably won't cut through a 2x4 as fast as the Makita but it will still probably do it.
Not working now, BOGO seems to be off for all products. Was working this morning.
Could even still sell the old design for a while, but just let people know that they're being phased out for a more modern form factor
I feel like they could even retool the stalk design on the 18v batteries and make a line of 12v ones that would finally compete with Milwaukee. Absolutely nobody can touch Milwaukee's 12v form factor, nobody is as compact as their tube shape - But Ryobi is already halfway there lol. So many people cringe at Ryobi's batteries and would rather just go with another brand, all because of the bulky and awkward design...
Completely agree. The current form factor adds unnecessary bulk
I have their outdoor light duty stuff. Works well enough. Also have the recip saw. I may end up getting ryobi after my old dewalt stuff dies.
I totally agree with you in regards to SDS!!
My store (Greensburg PA) said it won't start until tomorrow. (5/22/23).
Looks like Home Depot pulled these deals. I can't find them on their website
Keep an eye out theres always a sale on the 1/4" & 3/8ths extended ryobi ratchet's for $199 & free shipping i love em more the there standard length cause it puts the hugh battery that much further from the work area..
The "Free gift with purchase" tab/section isn't showing up on any items I click on.. I also even signed into my HD acct. Anyone know why?
Just bought the hd brush less drill and the driver plus got the hd bl mini rip saw and the bottom roller box 2 small batt and charger 159.00 steel of a deal
“batteries on batteries”, 5/30/23, Bought 4 AH batteries + charger for $99. I had to ask sales person and they got the second set of batteries (no charger) out of a cage.
My local Home Depot has denied the return a handful of times when I tried returning the extra tool, so just be aware if you try, they may turn you away if they don't know how to do their job.
Thank you Sir!
That 7.25 circ saw is going to be coming home, been waiting for that one. I may try the hack, but not sure I agree with it.
I'm headingbout tomorrow morning!
Mine does fine. I've used it for a lot of grooves in 2x10's and 2x12's too.
i have the rotary tool i love i have diablo blades but even then metal blade it came with was awesome
I can’t seem to get the 4 batteries for $99 to work when adding to cart on my phone. I’ve tried adding the free tool set and the non-free tool set and it’s not giving me either set as the “free tool” at the discounted price.
I don’t know where the buy one get one sale is but it certainly is an online right now
I just burnt up a ryobi recip saw. I made the mistake of working it until it got hot the time before. The next time it sparked and smoked.
I can't find how to "add free gift." That option isn't available for any of the Ryobi tools (included in this deal) on their website.
If you're a little bit handy and are using these tools, you should be able to turn the battery's into a non-consumable item. A little tac welder and you can be serious about your battery stock.
💯💯💯
Just picked up FOUR 4aH batteries for the $99 total. I remember how the 4aH batteries used to be 99 each!
Is in home depot which website is it on
Literally been waiting on this and gave up, spent $500 on ryobi 4 days ago I'm gonna return and re-buy
Planer is phenomenal
bad thing about ryobi impacts is the socket collar. I have 2 both with the little socket collar broken. I want one, the only way is to mail the unit back to the factory for that 10 cent part....WHAT?
Looks like the same deals are back until the 4th for the 3 pack of HP batteries.
I don’t know why but the Royobi speakers say unavailable
I be wanting a power washer deal 😊
The $199 blower battery deal is out of stock😢 hopefully it comes back
I used the deal to get extra batteries for free.
I don’t see the option for free tools. What did I do wrong ?
What's the hac price then?
