At the end of the episode, that's not where Six starts. It's after she gets trapped in the cage because she got hungry. It's the same scene! As Six you start off in a suitcase.

It’s not actually cause as six we use another cage containing a child to get a boost up to reach a hook or something but in this last scene there’s no cage with child infront other than us and we Just got taken away, or maybe it’s a continuity error

Honestly this game is so much scarier if you actually full on imagine yourself in the place of the characters. Like the boy being dragged away in the crate, like holy shit the way he just sits there hugging his knees gets me every time

He passes through the electrical bars with ease. But when six comes they are turned on. Also more children have been caught by the eye when Six comes. Meaning they tightened their security: cool!
This kid woke up after Six went through his room. So Six turned off everything and he was able to go through what she turned off

I feel like they happen semi simultaneously, cause he went through the bars at the beggining easily cause Six turned the power off, but Six climed the rope cause they threw it off, but also at the end they're together captured. So my guess is that while we were at the bottom level in The Depths, Six is fucking up Mr. Tickles in the upper level simultaneously

Six was banished from the Maw and away from her family by her (step?)mother (the lady) at a young age. She was banished because she was too beautiful and that is also why all the children are eaten, the lady hates things more beautiful than her (reference to snow white) so kills children who have pretty and delicate faces. She lived poorly in hiding in a city. The bellboy is sent to every land the Maw comes to to find and kidnap more children. At one land however he finds and recognises Six as the daughter. He takes her on a boat as she wants revenge on her mother for leaving her and he wants her to over throw the mother so he can gain a higher position. He smuggles her in a suitcase but when they arrive he hangs himself, not being able to deal with the guilt of kidnapping all the children in the past. Six then goes to continue her journey as we see it happen, eventually overthrowing the lady. The granny is the mother of the lady who the lady also banished but deep down in the Maw, she was embarrassed of her mother's old and ugly face. She only wants to be associated with beauty. She makes her chefs wear masks to make them look ugly like all the other guests in the Maw.

Edit: although I haven't read the full comic, who I suppose to be ferryman looked a lot like the bellboy design with the same melted face, long nose and tall figure. I believe the ferryman is just a more developed version of the bellboy. As for the comic saying the lady is not Six's mother, perhaps they could be related in some other way, perhaps she is the step-mother - which would also follow the theme of snow-white. I will look more at the comic and edit this theory further.
