You have thousands of followers, you don't even know everyone, you don't know me either, however I accompany you on your trips, and I thank you! You to me, you are Safa Brian. Do what is necessary to be well and safe partner! Thanks for the trip!!!
I don't know most people that's true, but some people I get to know a little bit through the comments... Glad you're enjoying the videos. I'm staying safe as possible and keeping the camera rolling.
Love your videos. Apart from anything else,I'll never get to visit LA/Hollywood but this gives me a glimpse of the area. I'm addicted to watching your rides :-)
Your rides bring back a lot of memories. Back in the seventies, our club would do the Hollywood hills every Saturday. Beautiful riding, year round. But it was too crowded for me, even back then. I can't imagine what it's like now.
Your videos inspired me to get into drop-bar bicycles. I sold my budget MTB to get a cyclocross or gravel bike, but they're so expensive! Can't wait to start shredding these streets soon.
Yo this is turning out to be a fresh channel thanks for the rides. Like how you hit all the not so everyday routes. Can you do decker canyon rd 23 from Malibu to westlake village? Thanks 100k subscribers in no time
@@SAFABrian - dude, do the potrero loop, even if you don't film it, is pretty sweet. You can turn back at Dos Vientos..... or, do the very steep downhill at Potrero
This is so cool, I've been wondering what it looks like in the Hollywood hills, i used to live in California but never really explored certain areas. Makes me kinda curious if some of the houses you rode by belonged to celebrities, actors, rock stars, etc
I'm sure a lot of entertainment industry folk own property in the area but I'm not too immersed in that world. Only house I recognised was around the 10:25 mark on the left. Storer house by Frank Lloyd Wright. I do have some more videos from the area coming out later.
Please next time show your speed, slope gradient, and location on descent via a map, next time, thanks for sharing, looks really fun to try on a bucket list. And sorry for asking for too much.
I ran straight into one of those green garbage cans on Laurel Canyon. If the lid wasn't closed I would've ended upside down in the garbage can lol. Fun times!
Safa Brian! I love your videos! U rock! the routes you take are incredible and I have to say ... I'm getting to know the places (USA) more through you. Thank u :)
Good gawd brother! You're making my road rash hurt watching these vids! How in the hell would a firetruck ever make it up those narrow roads cluttered with too many road machines?
Sand could be deadly Safa which can slip and fall easly espichaly in high speed into road turns. Nice work deeply apprchiated. Big thump BE SAFE bud 🤘🏻
When the Hollywood Hills have more traffic than NYC. Damn, cool upload, but nothing about this footage makes me want to ride that road. Sand @3:44 "You don't want to slide out, and end up..." Me: In the hospital? Brian: "...under a car." Yikes. Stay safe, dude!
haha! People think I just ride crazy and hope for the best. I think of all the awful possibilities that could happen and weigh them against my skill for each corner.
@@SAFABrian it would be awesome if you can overlay your speed on the video.. Saw it on some other RUclips videos it overlays BPM, Spped, elevation etc.. Interesting to see how fast your you were going
that was a bit too intense for me, even though I'm having a couple of thousand of miles each year in my legs, too. guess if I'd record some of my descents they would be that scary to see, too.
Bit of topic, but could anyone from such a big city explain the appeal of living there to me? Im from a small country and i have always lived in small villages. I can't stand big cities its way to busy for me. Can you agree, what are the pro's about such cities? Only thing that i can think of is that it would be cool to see your city featured in a film
9:19 that garage and the space in front of it, even with the house on it's right, how you can see the sky behind it. it's pretty close to Franklin's house, just saying. (blocked by the black SUV for major part of that single second it's even visible for -_-)
I don't mean to be rude but, in my opinion, your videos would be more enjoyable without narration. The bike and road sounds are sufficient unto themselves, and talking detracts from the visual excitement of the ride.

Finally getting my audio more dialed!

Welcome to California! I hope to get a full Tesla count in all my videos now.
A Porsche vs Tesla count would be interesting too. :)
Efe Ergezer There are SOOOO many range rovers and G wagons 😅
When you have 5 Stars in GTA V 😂💪
I’ve only ridden steel my whole life, but I love the sound of your bike.
Same 😊

This was so therapeutic. Thank you.
Revealing some secret routes through old Hollywood! Nice vid and that Tahoe was stopped, that was close. Thanks for the vid, stay safe.

I plan to film down to Westlake on of these days! Still have never ridden down there if you can believe it. Maybe I'll film my first ride down.

Man, you make my day much better with this lonely ride. Keep going
Nice to hear that!
The view and the raw sound is amazing, but damn those many cars and no sidewalks make me nervous
Yooo SAFA, big inspiration to go riding everyday ! yeee haw
The sound of that rear hub was Spectacular... You fucking rule, dude...
Great videos for working out on stationary bike❤️

Man I really gotta go to hollywood to ride my bike one of these days, looks like a fabulous place to ride.
No flats roads, and yes tons of fun!
I know those streets well, I’d never think to descend them. That ride looks nerve racking as hell lol good stuff though!
They don't let you camp up there 🤑
Another great video from the blue colla hill bomba
Красата. 🚴♀️🇷🇺👍Класс.
Hey nice vid. are those hoods tilted in slightly?
love your videos my dude!
Thanks!

🤫 We don't talk about fires here 😬 But slowly...
2:31 you should come see Wellington (New Zealand) lmao.
This is real cool buddy, be careful though, you are so fast.
Hey Safa how's it going? Great ride as usual.
If you rode that spot alot you would have to get new brakes pretty often probably.. lol
Thanks. I only climb and descend so par for the course here. I wonder if disc brake pads would actually wear out faster 🤔
Hi, are u using a road or gravel bike sir? A marvelous escape anyway
Road bike
I experience riding like that. Imiss the moment. I stop biking bcoz of Covid .
Hopefully you can ride again soon.

Deluxe Cycles, part of their wheelset. Linked in description.

I watching everyday your videos i like very much sir your's blogs and you are very good cyclist.....
Thanks!
Have you ever ridden up/down bulldog in Malibu Creek State Park?
No, but it's on the gravel bike list.
Nice place brian💓💓💓

what bike you using,,,
gravel bike?
Road

Some of my videos have overlays, most don't. It's a lot of added work and hard drive space and I do this work for free.
that was a bit too intense for me, even though I'm having a couple of thousand of miles each year in my legs, too. guess if I'd record some of my descents they would be that scary to see, too.
just wondering why do you blow through stop signs,at least around where i live bikes have to obey stop and speed signs
Place at 0:47?
Any reason for all the sand on the road? Storms or something?
This is what happens when people want to live on steep hillsides. Human made erosion.
Waiting for up hill videos 😁
Very boring. In some future videos I'll upload longer rides that have climbs in them.
Muito legal o vídeo!
Nice video!!!
Keep it up :D
wow❤️What wheels are used? The sound is great
Deluxe Cycles. Check the description.
Good job, 100. Like

How did you get back up lmao
Road bike or gravel bike?
Road
Nice bike is it expensive?
yes

arent you really afraid of cars coming when you turn and you're blind? I know that I'd be too afraid to go faster than 20km/h
Is this a little like the old movie “Escape from L.A.?
Yeah I wore an eye patch for it, and from now on call me Snake!
SAFA Brian ok Snake your videos are very exciting - watch out for those blind corners- don’t want to see a collision
SAFA Brian How many bikes do you have?
4. track/gravel/road/commuter
