heya! could you please also do the rest of the Theater of War missions? I feel like you have the best coverage and commentary of these missions compared to the old uploads :D :D
To answer your question about why you needed to hold the bridge this mission is part of Operation Uranus which was the big Soviet counterattack that encircled the German 6th army in Stalingrad so you are holding the bridge to not only prevent a breakout but to prevent Manstein from linking up with and reestablishing a supply to the Sixth Army other partisan groups are tasked with securing other bridges. I believe this mission takes place late November 1942-January 1943.
@@SerCypher Well if one completely ignored the fact that Goerings advisors even told him that it wouldn't be possible to do that. The Luftwaffe just didn't have the transport capacity to do that and they were depending on the Sixth army maintaining control of one airfield so when that airfield fell it was a matter of time until the Sixth Army had to surrender. What really hurt the Sixth army though was that the supply transports were also evacuating the wounded and bringing in fresh soldiers from time to time so I think that the Luftwaffe was fortunate that the Red Air Force was non-existent at this time or losses would have been far worse. The transport aircraft lost were a result of Soviet Artillery shelling the Airfield.
I appreciate that the Stugs driver has to position the entire vehicle in order to fire the main gun good attention to detail there Relic it's almost enough to forgive that Germans in 1942 are armed with MP-44's
@@Bishonmonten I don't know I asked Goering about that but he just did a line of coccaine and told me it would be fine. (You're right of course, just making a silly logistics joke)
@@SerCypher When I told Goering that it was impossible he injected himself with Morphine (which he did have an addiction to) and told me not to trifle myself with something as trivial as impossible.
Just attempted this one today and ohhhhhhhh boy, it's incredible hard. I'm thinking of skipping this one for now and do the rest, hopefully I'll do a better job next time
Molotov is not unlocked on me and I got 13th wave. They rush with panzers halftracks and infantry. Even though I have 2 at guns partisans die so fast due to no healing. Merging is not enough and when they die I can't replace them fast and they get point I am defeated.
I just passed it! There is actually 2 abandoned anti tank guns, 1 each side, I never would have known only for your video as I didn’t explore that far from the bridge! It’s so easy with them it’s actually fun!
Holy shit you did it in general difficulty. Here I am struggling against capt. difficulty. Well done
:D I did it for you Naksachai! It took me the better part of my Sunday to get the pattern down, lots of Machine Guns!!!
Thank you. I didn't know there's a pak available on this map. Otherwise, it's impossible to complete it without getting it.

It's ok, Goering has assured me the Luftwaffe can resupply the 6th army by air.
