when you revive yourself as sage in a custom game, you get the voice line “so that’s what it feels like”. However, most people don’t know that this is the same voiceline that Mercy says when she damage boosts another Mercy in a custom (over watch). Quite a fun connection between the two healers!

every agent produces a different sound when they run. this is specially noticeable on K/O. this helps very much in game cause u can prepare according to the agent.
Skye has the numbers 16 12 1 14 20 on her glove, which if you then swap for letters by their order you get P L A N T. The same can be done with Harbor as he has 23 1 22 5 on his pant leg which spells W A V E.

Fade has paws on the bottom of her shoes since she is inspired by the turkish cat breed "van cat" wich is known to have diffrent colored eyes (so does fade)
The reason why Fade has cat paws on her feet is because animals are held sacred in turkey, homeless dogs and cats roam the streets and are taken care of by the community. That is also why her utility is cat/ dog themed
i think KAY/O says "I can do this all day" because he's a robot. He constantly talks about not being able to get hurt like humans, or needing a break, because he is a machine.

some screens in Valorant, more notable the one on Split A mid site, have miniature pixels when you walk closer towards it. In ghost mode, if you look directly infront of it, you can see red, green, and blue pixels, showing how the screen is also made from the rgb colours.

Another Fun fact: if u every looked at the default bucky, it has 4 rounds of reserve ammo on the side. those rounds actually correspond the amount of reserve ammo u have in the gun. if u have upto 4 you can see all 4 on the gun model. if you shoot and reload 1 by 1 you can see the rounds dissapear 1 after another in the gun model. for some reason i absolutely love this little detail.
I dont know if any bucky skins also have this little detail...cause i dont own any but yeah really cool

One of my favorite little details is the characters' nail art - it always fits their personality. Clove has butterflies, Fade has shades of grey, Jet has clear polish, Sage has none. My absolute favorite is Raze: hers is chipped from all the tinkering she does!

In haven’s heaven, you can find a few jars of “yellow liquid” next to a gun case. This is a reference to sniper from TF2, who has a melee where he throws jars of his piss. Additionally, when Killjoy places down her turret, she says “placing sentry” which reminds me of TF2’s engineer voiceline when he places one.
the fade catpaws could be related to her abilities which makes people deaf or paranoid, and you can sneak up on em, jsut like how cats r silent yk and can sneak up

A bit old the fun fact, but I just learned about it recently and it's that the candy cane knife can be broken if you hit the wall constantly. It will reset again when changing sides (from defense to offense and vice versa) so if you break it you will have it a couple of rounds 8)

- Brimstone's office is located beneath the Range. Inside, you'll find various images, including some featuring him with a childhood friend. The office also houses his phone and laptop, which can be accessed to uncover voicemails or emails from other Agents.
-He has a tattoo on his upper right arm. The pattern of the tattoo is similar to that of the Peacekeeper Sheriff, which is obtainable in-game by completing Brimstone's contract.

Kayo Fact: Did you know on the agent select when you pick Kayo, for a split second, you can see the Riot logo appear on his face pannel during his intro? Pretty cool!

Fun Fact: you can actually hear the differenct in footsteps of Kayo compared to other agents fairly easily. Kayo has a mechanic type sound along with foot steps and the other agents dont have that
breach/brim's meaty footsteps are also pretty easy to pick out

The reason for cat paws under fade's shoe is because she is from turkey and there are 4.7 million cats in turkey and about 14% of people own cats.
When u equip classic skin and the gun buddy from the kayo's agent contract while playing as brimstone the buddy opens up like a locket.
I think there are some mistakes in those coded lines.
For example, in "The Hourglass Turns" on defenders spawn the same symbol is used for both 'u' and 's' in 'turns', and symbol used for 'n' is the one assigned to 'm'. Also the message which says "Extraction" on B site actually spells "Extsaction".
Some others too do not make sense like one which says "egtwo" next to the aquariums.
