well, for us great place to be, very kind people, nice and clean areal, great services, breakfasts, lunches, dinners :-) everything... we stayed here for one week two years ago, and for us it was a heaven on Earth, so we decided to go back, but for 2 weeks - and again - everything was ♥♥♥

nice people and nice hotel but the company is run by Sawiris - this guy ruined the concept. we call him Pleitegeier!
Bad service also the rooms have rely bad design I feel like it’s not 5 star hotel , food is very good
