آج مجھے بہت افسوس کے ساتھ کہنا پڑتا ہے کے سہیل وڑائی صاحب جو ایک بہت بہت بڑے صحافی ہیں مگر ان کا تجزیہ نہایت ہی گھٹیا تھا ۔جو کسی تھرڈ کلاس صحافی سے بھی توقع نہیں کی جا سکتی ۔سہیل وڑائچ صاحب آج بہت افسوس ہوا 😢😢
A remark on Shehzad Iqbal’s opinion/observations & Suhail Waraich’s remark: it is unfortunate but true that Mr. Shah has displayed clearly preferential and reactive behavior in matters of Judges appointments as a member of JCP to the point of being adamant.
What is wrong with setting up a constitutional court where each province has equal representation similar to senate? If we believe in parliamentary system, parliament is responsible for making laws and amend them. Each institution should stay in there lanes.
Sab se bara masla yeh hai parliment ke pass awaam ka mandate nhi hai.. Jo bhi faisle hongain is arsay may bohat weak hongain. 5 saal baad new army chief or new CJ yeh faisle sahi karte phr rhe hongain .. issi loop may chalta rhega sara system agr jaali tareeqay se kaam karaingagin tu.
