Abida parveen is an absolute queen. I grew up listening to her and fell in love with Sindhi literature. She means home to me and her voice reminds me of hope and peace.
We all are aware who abida Parveen is and her great Sufi singing. But very few know who aga Khan(Shah Karim Al-Husseini) is. Agakhan is a direct descendant of Moula Ali AS. The reason Abida Parveen chose this kalam is because she knew it was related to Aga Khan. And Agakhan also has a masters degree in Urdu so he knows what the kalam is about.
