I love how the philosophy at Happyface / DCC is "eat what you want and exercise", as opposed to "starve yourself to be skinny". It's so much healthier this way. I also love how Siyeon's section of the video is literally 12 seconds long.
Gotta eat to have fuel in the tank for anyone to perform at even a fraction of the level that Dreamcatcher do, their live performances are without rival in my opinion, the stuff of legend!
I mean idols exist in a very rare niche where their line of work lends itself very well to eating a lot and not worrying about it, because the job has huge amounts of exercise built in, or at least if you have good choreographies it does. It's mind boggling that so many agencies just ignore that and pressure their female idols to take the "no eating" approach, leaving them with very little energy to perform, and shitty choreography is the tool they use to cover it up. Dreamcatcher is doing it the right way.
I love their healthy attitude towards exercising… they are doing it to be healthy and gain muscle as opposed to losing weight to fit a standard :)) I hope this video inspires people to set realistic, healthy goals and to continue working towards them 💪🏽

I have this weird mindset to motivate myself working out. It's that I want to look good in front of the girls when I meet them (and I did) so I push myself to go to the gym and work out so that I wouldn't look/feel bad". Like, they all look fit and oh my goodness especially Gahyeon

Sometimes its going hard to get rid off thoughts and other unnerving things. And always about your health. Not just physically and mentally. Doesn’t actually need to be a gym. Go for a hike with friends, go for a jog on a fire road with friends, take a dip in the ocean and get eaten by sharks with friends, etc. Make it a daily quest to find an interesting environment. So you get something back during it, and the effects of it for days after, through your next activity, while getting overall healthier and getting vitamin D the natural way. But I will never understand people running next to a city / busy street, inhaling ... all that.

PSA: Deukae have said a lot of things over the years about exercise, nutrition and health. They're almost always totally wrong, even when it's about skincare or throat health. Seriously, they make a lot of stuff up very confidently. They're our #1 idols, not health scientists. A lot of people try to copy everything idols say or do because of how they look. The reality is Handong just has crazy genetic skeletal structure at the upper body and insane back muscles, and Siyeon has noticeably large shoulder muscles even at her body fat, without exercising. We can't do their routine and magically look like them. Nor should we take their advice about supplements to heal our bodies. Across all of their videos, their exercise routines are pretty poor for building muscle and their diets are not the healthiest. But it's working for them to keep working hard so it doesn't matter. "If it's delicious, it's zero calories." -Kim Minji. There's the mental health aspect to it, which the members are on top of. The best exercise and diet is the one that keeps you happy and healthier than if you did nothing. Basically, don't take everything the 7 dreamers say as the truth when it comes to health. But we should do the exercise that we like and keep doing it. That is the Muscle-catcher way.

Because exercise gives you more energy if done right. It's much healthier if they exercise while on tour to maintain their energy.
