a neat method i found is that if you make people feel like they're completing a goal, they're more likely to pay more and more often. for example: putting the goal as 5/10 despite not earning anything yet. this gives the illusion that the goal is nearly complete. going up in lower amounts. you obtain your goal of 10, so instead of changing it to 20, do 15. if the goal is close to being finished (or at least, it seems to be) people are more likely to pay in order to complete the goal. bonus points if the number has '99' in some form, just like supermarket prices, the two or more 9's make people more likely to buy the product, in this case, it's to donate. i racked up a good 1-2k in around 3 days with this method (grinding all day obviously) but combining this with the begging method may give some increased chances.
