What model were you in at Drees Traemore in Union? I liked the sunroom area off of the dining or morning room. Did it also have a guest bedroom on the main floor for older relatives visiting? If my son and his new wife want to be on the east side of Cinci. though, Union is 30 minutes and a bit far. Triple Crown was also lovely in that the community has been a bit more built up and has more mature landscaping.
Looked at a few properties there when we moved here! Definitely a nicer area. Kitchen 1883 is a great restaurant if you're ever in the area again
