I'm glad you finally picked up the tempo at the very end, but I wish you'd done it already after the first verse. It's still very good, but I think it could have been fantastic with more tempo. The outro was great though 🙂

isn't this more along the lines of the ACTUAL point of the song? It was his 'coming out' song, last I'd heard, and that the lyrics were actually backwards from the happy-go-lucky; she was so bad for him, it finalized his understanding of being gay.

I like it (genuinely, I have clicked the thing). The imagery is great. This just felt... The music felt too close to the original; it needed more of a change for the horror vibe. Sorry, I originally found this channel through the jazz noir version of Bring Me To Life (which was amazing and quite a dramatic shift in style), and this felt like it could have done well as pseudo-gothic or the darker end of folk. Still, very good.
