Sir what to do while reading any book when sometimes I don't get the meaning of some English words?? Shall I go through the dictionary in the phone or not?? Or I will just read it out completely after that at the last moment after completing I will go for the meaning??
There are pros and cons for both options. As I suggested in Step #1 in this video, during the pre-reading, one of the things you can look for is to check the complexity of the text. If the text has too many new words or jargon, it might be a good idea to spend a few minutes to understand what the words mean BEFORE you go to Step #2.

Mr. Nishant, do u recommend listening music during studying? Is listening music included in multi-tasking?
My general answer for your first question is, "It is a good idea to study without music". But it also is person-specific. You should try out studying without music, and then compare your performance with what happens when you do listen to music. Most students report that they 'no music' is better. So, give it a try.
For your second question, if the music is really at the background and you don't 'engage' with it AT ALL (like humming, or thinking about the lyrics), then it may not be classified as multi-tasking.
I will work on creating a video on this topic soon.
