If you head up to NY on Juilliard’s campus there is a Library that houses videos like this of every play that was ever on Broadway all the way back to I believe Streetcar. You may need to sign in but you are allowed I believe to view up to two plays per day in the library.

That Last Scene Should Have Been in the Movie.
That scene is in the movie, just different actors except Denzel.
Waters wasn't a bad guy he just had high expectations for his men. He was tired of black people not getting their due respect.
