Hi Reginald, that is not our product so unfortunately, I'm unable to provide instructions for it. You should contact the manufacturer of said product. If you have any questions about our Polaris showers, I'm happy to help with that. Br, Janne from Fennocasa
@@DrLaFuria It's available separately in 2.5 and 1.8 GPM versions. 2.5 is the national standard so just order that one unless you're in California where 1.8 is required.
Sorry for the late reply. We haven't tested it for max. weight but there shouldn't be any problem. However, I can recommend you take a look at our Polaris Lux model with 10" square head. When you go bigger with the shower heads, just remember that you don't get any more water flow, it just gets distributed on a bigger area. That's why, a bigger rainfall shower head doesn't necessarily get you better showering experience. Don't hesitate to contact us and discuss any details and the best shower solutions.
Hi, do you mean the connector part (around 1:20 mark)? It should be pretty tight, just add a bit more ptfe tape if it's not tight at the correct orientation. If you mean something else, refer to a time in the video so I know what you mean. You can also reach us at help@fennocasa.com
@@johnsonkeiriz1960 you can add more than 4 rounds. Double it and try. If you can give us a video call, we can see how it is and assist with installation. Call 727-686-4292
Hi Gabe, The adhesive is 3M’s VHB. I’m not sure if there’s a definite answer to that question, but if you mean does it keep the shower attached and in place, then yes it does. It’s just important to clean the attached surfaces thoroughly. There is also option for screw mount but that’s hardly ever required in a domestic shower.
Need to see installation video for the wall mount 304 stainless steel bath mixer

Fantastic video!
Thank you! Hopefully, it helps with installation and in understanding how the product works
Does this unit come with a water saving unit? If so can it be removed for increased water pressure.

Nice job and very thorough, I would hire you to install my rain shower.
Thank you. We hope this video makes the installation of the Polaris shower easy to understand
How much weight can this hold. Will it be ok to hold up a 16 inch rainfall shower head? If not which or what do you recommend?

Great. Just need to contact seller to get a missing part and then I can set it up myself.
Hi, I think we got an email from you. However the Polaris 1 model doesn’t include the extension pipe.
Does it need to be very tight at the upright orientation

@@fennocasa yes, that is what I actually mean. When I tighten it by hand it doesn't point in the right direction. I added 4 rounds of Teflon.
