Yesss Batsheva save yourself from corporate because it is 😩😩 but definitely do some more lifestyle vlogs! Often times people tell us to play it safe and not take risks, but that's usually the greatest risk of all -- living a mediocre life. Keep doing you and keep killing it 👏
Love this video! as a frum girl myself it makes me so happy that you make these videos!! Keep doing them! And my favorite thing to do in my city is thrift :) all my sweaters are cashmere because of thrifting i get them for like 4 dollars max here
side note: your growth and dedication is so so inspiring!!!!! watching you thriving is making me excited to get back into editing again 💖 YOU GO GIRL!!! keep grinding!
Omg congrats on all the amazing growth lately girl! You're killing it with the content 💕 definitely agree that it's super scary and anxiety inducing to be outside of the corporate world but I think it's worth it in the long run. Also that stew looked delicious :)
Thank You Natasha!! It is scary, but I don't think determined people can end up homeless or in dire straights. I think people who follow their dreams will be alright even if they fail. somehow, they manage. and omg it was soo good
It's so amazing to see Jewish representation in your videos. Like how hard it is to find the exact kosher product you want. Your videos are so beautiful.
Thank you so much Andrea!! Its about time hahaha I don't think I've seen any Jewish vloggers. It really is hard sometimes, because I'm such a foodie, and I want to try food from all over, but I can't if ingredients are limited. it can get really frustrating.
New subbie here! Loving your videos so far! The moment I hit subscribe was when you had the (unexpected!) conversation with the other frum girl in NY about how to make modest dressing haute. I don’t live by any religious mode of dressing myself, but at that moment something clicked and I was like “YES! SHOW ME MORE OF THAT!” Nothing wrong with it as such, but I feel like skin-baring fashion is pretty well-trodden territory; I would be so intrigued to explore how different people from different cultures are taking “modest” dressing to the next level. Sending love from the UK xxx ps. Loved your sign-off in this vid - and you’re so right!
aayyyyy thank you!!! I just find how people dress so fascinating. Like what belief systems, environment, climate and societal tone influences how different people dress. Theres so much to unpack about fashion all over the world and I am honestly so excited.
OMG COME!! you'd literally love it. It's quiet and picturesque but young enough and with enough to do that you won't get bored. I think Boston would actually really fit your vibe
i know this video is old but just wanted to say you are not alone (or were not, depending on where u are nowadays lol) because i'm literally 26 years old and still finding my way. i dropped out of college in pursuit of another path, not exactly knowing what path that was. life is not a race. some people don't get to where they feel comfortable and truly in alignment with their authentic selves til age 50 and there's nothing wrong with this. and some people "get it" early in life and then everything comes undone and they begin a new path, starting all over again. life will always have ups and downs, new adventures and many paths. your life experience is not linear! never will be and that is the beauty of this physical, human experience.
WAIT I LOVE THE JOURNAL WITH CONSTELLATIONS!!! SO SO PRETTY!! I also find it hard to work for home and I love going to cafes with friends and working there!! Ryan and I also have worked together at a library!! Enoki mushrooms are SUPERIOR! Sidenote, I heard you were coming to NYC AGAIN?!
Ahh love the journal with the constellations!! Also it's SO amazing to see the growth you are having right now. So well deserved, we are rooting for you 😍💛
This was an absolutely wonderful video. So nice and made me feel happy. And you’re just so beautiful, oh my. What language was your mother speaking? For coziness , I like to go eat breakfast at one of the many Mexican food stops and sit in a corner table watching the people come and go before I go on about my day. The music you mix in to your video is also great. 😍
Thank you so much!! My mom was speaking Hebrew! man, I wish those Mexican food stops were kosher, especially the ones in LA where I used to live, they look so good
I'm cracking my head open over this tokyo doc currently lol. once I edit this vid, future vids similar to that style will be easier to edit, but its gonna be out soon!
Umm you had me at Regina spektor. Fellow religious weirdo. Just ran into your channel. Fashion school drop out. Two kids deep. Looking for next step. But aren’t we all. Keep doing you until it hurts. Don’t listen to others and never take anything personal and just keep being you. Also why the hell do you like Korean food! Ok your my spirit animal. K bye.

That was actually very profound Ryan! If you life a mediocre life you risk not living at all.
