After we get everything folded into place we are running into an issue where when we try to lift up from the “handle” the seat it’s not “locked” so we can’t lift by the handle without the seat coming back up. Any ideas what we are doing wrong?
Im pretty sure you can fold this with the seat facing you too. Just not a standing fold
You can fold it facing you, you are correct. It can stand both ways as well. One thing to note, when folding with the seat facing you, you will need to move the fabric from in front of the stroller folding lock if you wanted it to lock.

Hi, was your cybex stroller stiff to close at first? I’m having difficulty with folding down. Thanks!
Yeah, a lot of strollers can feel that way right out of the box, try spraying in the joints and mechanisms with silicon spray or wd40 :)
Interested to know if this resolved your problem? Just received mine and I cannot fold it up!
