My daughter is getting married in August, and I'm making 'bridesmaid's survival kits' that will include a pocket tissue holder, chapstick holder, this sanitizer cozy, breath mints and a few safety pins, all in a handmade pouch in my daughter's wedding colors. Your video was every easy to understand and the pattern was exactly what I've been looking for (I just bought a new KAM snap set and can't wait to use it more!)! I'm an 'advanced beginner' sewist and you explained everything in an easy to understand way that made sense to me (I'm a very visual learner). Thank you for sharing your time and talent! :)
Thank you for sharing your hand sanitizer pattern… I can’t even count how many I have made and gifted to people! My 10 year old great niece made 10 to give out as party favors at her birthday party! She made them for her BFF’s @ school…they are a real hit! I just finished another “little something extra” for a friend’s 60th birthday brunch🥰🥰🥰. Bless you for sharing your talent and passion for sewing!
I have only now found your channel. Thank you for your time in doing the tutorial & your generosity in supplying the pattern. I will be making 42 of these for my school bus children to hang on their backpacks. Thank you again.
Thank you so much for the pattern and easy to follow video! I've looked at so many tutorials on hand sanitizer holders and yours is by far the best! So easy and cute!
By far the best and easiest to follow! Thank you so much! Going to give some away with gift cards to all my hard working service peeps delivering stuff and my mail and refuse friends!!! 😃😃😃
Thank you for the video. The only suggestion for the future is to maybe place the camera at a different angle so viewers can see the sewing process. It shows a lot of just your hand. Again, thank you
Hey I came across your video after seeing so many hand sanitizers holders and yours was is so much easier. Thanks for making a pattern too because I’m learning how to sew the pattern works for me so much better. Can you make a pattern much bigger to fit a bigger bottle other then the bath and body works bottle it would be nice. Also can you focus more on your sewing when you sew but all in all I loved your video you explained it so much clearer thank you so much for taking the time to make it hope to see more of you. Thanks again Patricia
Hello and thank you for your video. What type of machine to you have? I am interested in the automatic knot feature. I also appreciate you including your pattern. Thank you.
@@FunstuffcraftsLisaWelander I"m sorry I missing a word. I clicked the design space link & it's showing the pattern that I have to buy your pattern. It didn't show that it was free.
Depending on the fabric you use it may! You can also just increase the size of the pattern by 1/2 inch and it should work. Lay a bottle down next to the pattern.
I am confused. When you put the pocket in between the two pieces, and start to sew do you sew part of the pocket at the top? Or do you place the pocket at the bottom and do you sew the bottom?
I have a blog post on this tutorial that might help answer your question. Here is the link: funstuffcrafts.com/2020/06/12/diy-handy-hand-sanitizer-carrier/
I am not at home right now. But I was able to pull up the PDF version on my phone. Do you want the PDF version or the Design Space version? Both links are in the description below the video.
Lines M Perez what is not working with it. You might want to checkout my blog post tutorial. It is here: funstuffcrafts.com/2020/06/12/diy-handy-hand-sanitizer-carrier/
