I don't know if I did alright.. I'm new to this but I did sure felt something.. during the meditation my head keeps tinting backwards and my body feels like it's floating and swaying.. I didn't see much light though.. it's very dim and keeps flickering it's hard to keep a clear view of the light and I'm very imaginative.. I guess I need to do more of this.. maybe it's because I'm in the lowest vibration that I'm kinda finding it hard to focus.. at almost the end I actually felt like I'm in this very deep water and it's so dark.. it's actually kinda hard to breath about.. it's like I'm in a world of nothingness like I'm floating in the middle of the void..
I'm not sure what this means if it's good or bad.. I can't actually describe it.. I don't really feel afraid in there.. just mostly confused and a little wary but also a little at peace..
Is it like my sub space??
It's so dark, barely any light comes through..
Is it like a manifestation of all my negativity?? Is that why it's so dark..
That faint peace I felt in there is it good or a false peace?? Maybe I'm kinda accepting the negativity and somewhat getting used to it and that's why I'm feeling kind of at peace in that void..
I only felt a little relieved..
Thank you for the meditation.. I shall continue a bit more.. maybe I'll get some sort of answer if I keep meditating..
