Thank you so much for creating this video. I have put in many ours without success to add multiple files to an approval and kept getting an error when trying to add the attachments. Today I was successfully after watching your step-by-step video. Thank you again.
I have followed so many different videos to try and achieve this, yours is the only one which has worked. Do you happen to know a way in which the approval response could be captured back in the form output (Excel sheet)? as I'm needing to capture all the approvals in one place to send in a single file at the end of a given period.
Thanks so much for this tutorial. But for some reason after trying this flow I get the error The resource could not be found. in the Action 'Get_file_content' Step. Please what do I do to get it is resolved.
Do you know of a way to have the attachments show up within the approval app in Teams? Your process worked perfectly and the attachments showed in the email. I was hoping to find a way to have them show within the Approval request in Teams, also. Thank you!
Thank you for the video. I follow your steps yet, my approver receives an individual email for every attachment. Scenario: There are 3 attachments. Approver 1 will receive attachment 1, after the response, it will receive attachment 1 and 2, and after that response, it will receive the attachment 1,2 and 3. What I'm i missing?
Thank you for the video! Can I check if it is possible for different user submitting, but to different approver? or is it possible for the user to choose the approver when submitting the form?
Yes you can! 1. If the user has been mapped to a manager and you need their manager for approver, this can be done easily in Power Automate. 2. You can also ask users to submit the approver email 3. You can also add switch to your flow for a given categories. e.g. if the unit is HR, the approver should be sent to a particular email address.

Hi Christian Hebert, Thank you for your comment. I will rerun the flow and see if there are new changes to Microsoft tools. If there are, I will do a video on this

How do you add another step that forwards on the approved email to a final Email destination with all attachments?
Thank you so much, You are already my mentor. Please the flow only works for Onedrive files and not for files uploaded in sharepoint

The work flow is working but the attachments or files are not coming with the email. Any ideas?

For some reason I don't have the attachment in the email.
It worked. I can see attachment now. But I can't see the form in the mail. Is that possible. The approver sees the form and attachment
