Sensational footage and well done on getting it!, and that Mt Lofty scene from the 8:00 to 9:35 mark was incredible,…C501 roaring and screaming in an extraordinary manner!!! 👍💪
Great work Tim ! Nice to hear some un-muffled power for a change......of course this happens before my trip down in 3 weeks??? Fingers crossed I get something interesting during my visit? Stay safe out there. Gregg.🙂

Excellent video! Those beautiful SA sandstone stations are magnificent too.
Absoloutely fantastic footage, great to see the old school classic diesels leading the SCT for a change.
The mighty C class is the best looking Aussie locomotive ever :)

Nice work Tim. They sound great under power! Love the horn too.
Back in an area they ruled back in the early 1990s. Absolutely wonderful
How interesting to see different locomotives on SCT trains
It's good to see Jaws and X31 even if the poor bastards are running on the hipster standard gauge - oh the indignity.
liked. ive had a giggle over you referring to sg as the hipster gauge.

Nice work mate good to see your getting out chasing freights mate
Saw the Sydney rake stabled at the siding near Pt Pirie yesterday. Engines detached can anyone confirm if the trucks would be attached to this train?
excellent! i thought 8:55 was the money shot until i saw the crowd and the start at 13:00. the economy must be booming if sct needs to hire muscle.
Must have been a while since George had made a trip over the hills.
me encantan los trenes australianos
Awesome.
